This immaculate condo sleeps 6 and offers an excellent location to make lasting memories! Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool, this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from the hot tub after a long day of hiking, skiing or skating. Go ahead & plan your day knowing youâre only steps from the beach, pool, gym, hot tub & a short walk to downtown Invermere`s best shops & dining.

LIVING AREA
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. The sofa also turns into a queen-sized pull-out in case you need additional sleeping space. There is a 50` Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you can log into or watch your favourite shows or sports on our cable package!
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is decorated with an easygoing theme. Every detail has been curated to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, Smart TV with cable, a walk-through closet and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Two (x2) twin beds and a closet

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

When you stay with us youâll be close to:
James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where youâll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand up paddleboard.
Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals thatâll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you wonât want to miss.
The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the worldâs longest maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
The Farmerâs Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our townâs local market.

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
