Wonderful home with excellent coffee bar

Meghan is a very friendly and kind host. House was clean and exactly as described. She had snacks on the kitchen and to the delight of some an excellent coffee bar. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean, classic, cozy, and fun!

This classic home was so perfect for our weekend in Syracuse! We really enjoyed the coffee bar, the record player, and walking in the neighborhood. The beds are comfy and the large dining table was perfect for games. Thank you so much Meghan!

Cozy home in a cozy neighborhood

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed here as we traveled through NY visiting colleges. The house was exactly as pictured, it is very cozy and feels like home. Our kids were disappointed we didn't stay longer. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet, property is well cared for and super clean.

Home away from home!

We stayed in Syracuse for a dance competition. The house was very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect (shops, restaurants, theater) everything was nearby. We loved the house, the children had fun in the yard. Good coffee awaited us in the morning thanks to the coffee bar. The host was easily reachable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy Home

This was a cozy home for our short 2-night stay. Had everything we needed and the house was exactly as described and shown in the pics. Walkable neighborhood; took the kids to the nearby park and they had a great time. Also visited Destiny USA mall and the zoo (which was very nice and clean). Thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing!

This is a fabulous VRBO. They have thought of absolutely everything. All the extra touches were very appreciated. Would definitely return when we are in the area again. It was very clean and had all supplies we needed and more. The coffee bar is a lovely touch.

Meghan was wonderful. The home was really nice the upgrades were great. The home was clean well decorated, very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. Her amazing options for coffee made my wife especially happy. Her binder with helpful information and things to do in the area were a nice bonus as well as the snacks waiting on us.would highly recommend this place and would stay again

Amazing!

We came into town for a concert and this house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and cozy! We had great communication with the property manager while on our stay as well! The kids really enjoyed the extra snacks when we arrived as well as the Broadway themed pictures on the wall in the one room! We will absolutely look to stay here when we travel there again! Wow--this place is amazing

We were so happy we found this great VRBO! Beautiful and comfortable home. The host is great! Very helpful. And they though of everything. We especially appreciated the pinball game and the coffee bar (which was a treat and also a valuable amenity). We'll be back!

The house is spacious, impeccably decorated and clean. Meghan is an excellent host, readily available for questions answered in a timely manner. House was exactly as described and pictured, surpassing expectations. Check in and out was easy, parking is great, Wi-Fi is excellent and amenities such as the coffee bar, bathtub with bath salts and an electronic pinball and some games and books, will please many guests. The artwork is beautiful and shopped locally, as well as some of the extras such as bath salts. Meghan has left not only helpful instructions, but ideas for where to visit, walk, eat and shop with an emphasis on the local history of the various districts around Syracuse. Would definitely stay here again!

Why would I ever stay in a hotel again?

I booked this listing after an awful hotel experience last year during our annual holiday pilgrimage to Syracuse to see family. Having off street parking, full kitchen, and washer and dryer were luxuries compared to our hotel stays of the past. The home (not ‘house’—it definitely felt homey) was comfortable and the simple amenities were such a nice touch that really made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!!! Cozy, well kept, beautiful home close to everything

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and beauty of this home! The neighborhood is pleasant. The downstairs did get a little chilly in the cold Syracuse weather, but we snuggled in provided lap blankets until we found the thermostat. The upstairs bedrooms were well apportioned, comfortable, and warm. The experience was topped off with the coffee bar that included decaf and a choice of drip, Keurig. Espresso, and French press coffee, including creamers and sugar. Our host was in instant communication when we had a question. We will definitely return!
