Mountain Mikeâs cozy condo by the lake. Sleeps up to eight across three queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for three couples or two couples and kiddos.
First the legals: The town of Frisco has deemed that we cannot advertise as a three-bedroom condo because it is tax assessed as a two bedroom, three bathrooms plus second story loft. So, the second-story will be referred to as a bonus room in the loft.
This two-bedroom, three-bathroom, multi-level condo sleeps eight across three queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and bonus room in the loft has its own private bathroom. The condo features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a private balcony with partial mountain views. Two large, community shared hot tubs are just steps from the condo. There is also easy access to the Summit County bike/walk path and the free summit shuttle. The location is minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, the Frisco Adventure Park, and historic Frisco Main Street. You are never far from the shopping, dining, and all the activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon amphitheater, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail/Beaver ski areas.
Just beyond the entryway is the updated full-size kitchen, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. There is a laundry closet with stackable oversize washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area features a beautiful oak dining table with seating for six. The open concept living area has ample seating, a 60 inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and access to the private balcony. Head outside to the balcony to soak in the crisp mountain air and savor the breathtaking views. There is outdoor seating for guest use.
On the main level are the two bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a queen size bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. Both updated private bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination. The second story bonus room features a remodeled private bath, smart TV, and queen bed.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement to reserve this vacation rental. The paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
