The space was very clean and updated. The A/C wasn’t working and the unit was hotter than we liked. Thankfully all the windows had screens.

Great ski weekend!

Five of us stayed for a ski trip. The condo is beautiful and well stocked. Communication was excellent. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. It was a 2 min walk to frisco downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect Spring Break Family Trip

Condo was exactly as described in listing and was very well stocked with everything needed and was clean. The laundry room / equipment storage room was very convenient. Appliances were very nice and modern. Size was perfect for our family of 5. The location was also excellent, only a short 2 block walk to get to main street. This was our second VRBO rental in Frisco working with Aimee as our host and she has been great to work with and very responsive.

The place was excellent in location, cleanliness and well equipped. One exception the Mr Coffee was missing a carafe but the Kcup filled the need.

We thoroughly enjoyed the warmth of the condo & the convenient location to the quaint town of Frisco. The condo has a beautiful view of the mountains & was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, & updated bathrooms made the vacation delightful. Easy walk to restaurants & shops was also enjoyed. Will definitely be back !!

Outstanding for our family ski trip!

We recently stayed for a week long trip with our grade school- aged kids and my in laws- this condo was perfect for the six of us! Comfortable, clean, perfect location. So easy to walk to Frisco’s great restaurants, and quick and easy drive to Keystone, Breck, and other ski resorts. Loved having the hot tub and indoor pool for the kids. Condo was so well stocked with necessities (TP, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee)- really appreciated having all the essentials. Bonus for having humidifiers and fans in every room too! We were so happy with our stay!

Great location

The place is nicely renovated but tight squeeze for a family of 5. Thought the photos make it look a bit bigger than it actually is. I think it’s a perfect place for four. It’s also on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator. The best feature is the location. A block off Main Street. Very convenient. And the owner & property manager are very easy to work with and available whenever needed.

Very nice place to stay, be aware of the high altitude

The condo was a very nice place to stay, and overall I would recommend it. It perfectly fit our needs for 4 adults. One thing to be aware of is that the town is at an elevation of 9,000 ft, so drink your water and be on the lookout for altitude sickness. One of the four of us in our party got altitude sickness (normally we live at 900 ft), and we had to call one of the oxygen companies to deliver an oxygen machine - there are four places in town, so it must be a common problem!

Outstanding spot for family ski trip!

We had a great, comfortable stay in the us condo for a family skip trip- my husband and I, his parents, and our two grade school- aged kids. Perfect for the six of us- comfortable, stocked with all the essentials (so appreciated the shampoo/conditioner, lotion, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee pods- all you can think of!). Also really appreciated the humidifiers and fans in every room- made for such comfortable sleeping! Kids loved the hot tub and pool- so fun. Outstanding location too- perfect for walking to all our fave places to eat in Frisco, and easy drives to Breck, Keystone, and other ski resorts. Happy customers!

Unbeatable location and views of mountains, stars, and sights!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend at this incredible condo for a birthday celebration. The condo is immaculate, stocked with everything you could think of (and things you don’t think about that appear in the exact right place), and has amazing views. We cooked a great dinner one of the evenings and took the easy walk to get coffee in the next morning. We sat out on the terrace at night to the clearest night sky we’ve seen in ages. We could see Jupiter plain as day! We had dinner in Breck and were there and back in less than 15 min. If you’re looking for a cozy place where you can turn your brain off and relax, look no further. The condo is spotless, modern in its features, and spacious. The hosts thought of everything so bring the bare minimum and enjoy!

Nice but bedrooms were too hot.

Great location, The only complaint was the bedrooms were too hot and we couldn’t turn off the baseboard electric heat. Turned the thermostat all the way down, no luck. Called host contact number and were told nothing could be done, and to open the bedroom windows, but not all had screens, So I had to sleep with the window next to my bed wide open, wondering if something was going to fly in. Thermostat setting for AC also didn’t work. How can a condo have baseboard heaters that can’t be turned off when the rooms are too hot. ? Very Puzzling.

The owner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to the heater malfunctioning in the home. There was a mechanical issue where the heater was still running while the thermostat was turned off. After you notified us of the issue, we immediately contacted our local maintenance crew and they were not able to assist until after your departure. The heater has since been fixed. Thank you for making us aware of this issue as we continue to improve for future guests!

Excellent stay! Perfect for our family of 6

This rental was perfect for our family of 6 (including three teenage girls). The three bedrooms were well-sized with very comfortable beds and bedding. Looks like it was recently renovated and they did a great job. The appliances are all new and modern. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig! The in-apartment washer / dryer worked great. Plenty of hooks and storage space for jackets and boots. The smart TVs in every room were also very nice. Well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, soap, trash bags, and more.The location is also excellent. It's a short walk from downtown Frisco and a short drive from Safeway and Walmart. It's perfectly located close to many major ski resorts. The check-in process was self-service and easy (communication beforehand was perfect). Check-out process was reasonable and fast as well.Radiator kept the space very nice and warm.We did not end up using the hot tub or pool - it's a short walk across the parking lot.It's on the third story (this is clear in the description), which was not a problem for us but might be inconvenient for some.Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the great stay!

The stay was excellent with two exceptions. One afternoon a large man banged on the door. Not a polite knock but a bang. My wife was home alone and got a little scared. She asked through the door what he wanted and he said he was there from the management to inspect the condo on behalf of the owners. Of course she did not let him in and told him to go away. It's is outrageous that you would be expected to a let a stranger into the condo when you alone. Also, would he have come in to inspect if no one was there? Second, the walls of that condo are very thin. A couple of days the neighbors got up at 5:30 in the morning. You could hear the shower running and then they talked until 7:00am. It sounded like they were right outside the bedroom door. We could not get back to sleep after 5:30 am those days. I suspect they live there full-time instead of being short term guests because it seemed like they were getting ready to go to work. Other than that the place is great. Awesome location. So close to all of the restaurants. Very clean. Nice size living room for hanging out after skiing. I would highly recommend it with the caveat about the thin wall and hearing the neighbors. It's a shame that you can hear everything from next-door as if it was inside your condo.

Nice, simple apartment. It has enough to have a very comfortable stay, without any bells and whistles. The shared space is a bit small for 6 people but rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. We had no issue as we were out and about. Great location. We enjoyed walking to trails and grabbing a coffee in the morning.

This cozy, convenient spot in Frisco was perfect!!

This condo was exceptional! It was right in the middle of several large ski resorts and right in the middle of downtown Frisco. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping, and most of all it was a quick drive to the resorts. It was super clean and quiet and had all we needed for the trip. The coffee maker was awesome and convenient too! We are definitely going to stay there again next time we come back in for a ski trip!

Loved our stay here. Place was very clean, has surprisingly large bedrooms and a great layout for kids (including a pack & play). Hot tub & pool available and in unit laundry machines which were handy. One block off of Main St made access so easy but also just far enough to be quiet and not notice the traffic on Main Street. Beautiful views from the patio for morning coffee! Would stay again!

Perfect location

Could not have been more pleased with the unit. I was comfortable to stay in with all the thing you would want to make your stay great. Master has a nice TV and the main room was great for all to sit and watch the olympics. We had all the right stuff in the kitchen. The towels were so fluffy. We love the location to be able to ski multiple resorts. It is just a few blocks from the strip that has all the restaurants and shopping. What a great value for the money. The hot tub is inside and we used it every day.
