Central West Sedona location. Walk a couple blocks to Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Drive three minutes to Whole Foods. Starbucks is less than five minutes on foot. The location could not be more convenient for enjoying all the Sedona has to offer.

Car is recommended for visiting Sedona no matter where you stay. You can walk or bike from our home to many convenient locations for groceries, restaurants, hikes, etc.

To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without specific consent. The number of guests is documented by a video camera 24/7 at the entrance to the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older.

For stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!
While we welcome children of all ages we want you to know..The home isn't child-proofed with safety plugs or cabinet locks, doesn't have a high chair or crib - things guests with young children need. Also, there is a hot tub, which is a safety concern for young children who can't swim.


No smoking anywhere on the property.

No access to the garage while it is under repair.

Wonderful house

This house was great. The location is perfect for getting to trails and into town. The house is as it looks in pictures. The 3 king beds was a wonderful find for our family of adults! The backyard space is amazing. Excellent stay

Beautiful property, well kept

Beautiful property, well kept, comfortable beds and pillows. The only issue was checking in. The door code didn’t work and it took a little bit to get ahold of someone. But after that they quickly fixed it.Overall very happy!

Great Back Yard

We had a terrific stay in Sedona. The house was really good, but the backyard was especially wonderful. We had such great weather and really enjoyed the backyard and having the hot tub.

A cozy place

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well taken care of. The rooms are a little smaller than expected, but for a couple of days, it was nice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and various utensils. We did not use the hot tub, but it is clean and well-maintained.

Girlfriend trip for a getaway and the the house worked perfectly. Outdoor gas firepit was nice each night. Easy walk to grocery store for supplies. King beds in all rooms were very comfortable with nice bedding.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our time in Sedona. Location was perfect and super close to the uptown area with all the restaurants and shops. Loved that there was a trail within walking distance so we could take a sunrise hike easily.

Perfect Getaway

Home was very clean and had every amenity that one could need. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was beautiful (could use some weeding) but we still were able to enjoy it. Location was good as well.

Girls Trip

Three of us stayed for a girls trip and the house was the perfect setup. Great location, comfortable and clean accommodations. Beautiful backyard and nice hot tub felt great after our day of hiking. We would definitely book again.

A fantastic find

Our family recently stayed at this home for Spring Break and we absolutely loved it. First, the location! It's right at the bottom of Sugarloaf Mountain which made it so easy to go for a quick, or longer, hike. Second, as the grocery shopper of the family, I appreciated that it had some of the essentials our family would need like dish soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. Some homes or condos we've stayed in, we had to buy EVERYTHING and ended up wasting money and products because you just can't use it all in less than a week. The yard and hot tub made it so easy to relax and rest after a long hike, we really enjoyed it. And the communication was always great. My only complaint is that the living room furniture could be a bit comfier and cozier. It was really nice, just not the most comfortable to lounge in. But that's a minor complaint about an overall wonderful home and experience.

Great stay!

Home was very nice. Great location for hiking since you can avoid all of the downtown Sedona traffic.given the home's proximity to the best trails. Spa worked great and was nice to have after hiking. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property in Sedona. The home feels very new and clean. Backyard is beautiful with views of the red rock mountains. We made good use of the hot tub. The fire table and bocce ball were lots of fun. My only complaint is that I reached out to the property manager twice when we were there because of small issues like not being sure where to put garbage and needing help with the television. I never heard back. If there had been a more serious issue, I’m not sure what would have happened.

The owner was very kind and she had really good communication. Neighborhood is quiet and very close to sugar loaf trail. We really enjoyed our stay here. We hope to come back.

Great Property and Location!

I highly recommend this property. It is extremely close to the Sugarloaf Loop trailhead. Plenty of activities to do both on and near the property. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway Home

Great location for hiking and restaurants. Very clean home. Everything felt new. My wife and I were there with our daughter and my wifes mother. the home is set up perfectly for that or up to three couples. The beds are very comfortable. There's a hot tub, fire pit, games, plenty of outdoor seating and washer/dryer. The only small thing I would change is to add a small dresser to each room. We were there 4 nights and basically were living out of our luggage. Other than that, it was perfect. We will stay there again when we go back to Sedona.

Great, comfortable home away from home

Enjoyed our time at this property and we were in the house more than we expected due to the rainy weather. Hot tub and outdoor space was fun also. Easy check-in and quick response from the manager.
