5. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

Property Manager was so amazing! Very responsive and with detailed communication. The house was nice. Mostly clean (showers and floor trim could have been a bit cleaner). The house definitely wasn’t as well-stocked as a few other VRBOs we have stayed at in the past. I would suggest having more towels (especially for a family of four that showers daily). Small beds, that are pretty hard, and the “master” room had horribly uncomfortable pillows. But in a great location for our needs. A bit pricey for the week but overall a decent stay. Really liked that there was space for our family to spread out, access to a washer and dryer, and a patio with a hammock (which the kids loved but it was a little loose so I was worried about them laying in it for too long.) Would consider staying there again.

We had a nice stay. Home was beautifully appointed and we all had our own separate room and space. All in all was great food pace to stay and near all the needed places. The only hiccup was on the actual booking that initially stated allowed parties so we booked specifically for that reason we need to find out a month before our trip that that was a mistake. We had planned to have a rehearsal dinner at our place, but had to scramble the various minute, trying to come up with an alternative. We were also told that if there was any hint of a party would be held liable. And that was a threat that I did not like from the Rental Company. Other than that we enjoyed it. I do not think that I would rent from VRBO again on that reason. BECAUSE PLANNING A WEDDING IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH AND THEN TO BE HIT WITH US AT THE LAST MINUTE IT WAS TOTALLY UNFAIR.

Reliable and well-appointed

Everything was great. It was in a safe and well-kept neighborhood. The house was great for three adults. Everything was clean and good linens. I reached out a few times to the manager and got immediate responses. We were well pleased.

In town for wedding

This location was in great proximity to the wedding venue, as well as good restaurants and shopping. Also great freeway access. The neighborhood park was a huge hit with our granddaughters, and it was great to walk our dog in. Overall good stay!

This house was very nice Beds were comfortable and all necessity were provided. Neighborhood was quiet. It was further out than we wanted to be, but not much available during preseason baseball. It worked just fine.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay

This was the perfect spot for our trip! The interior was done so well--with style, yet simplicity. We loved the back yard and even got a few games of PutterBall in! It was a quiet, nice neighborhood and very close to everything you would need to do in Mesa and beyond. I want to thank Gen and the rest of the team for making everything so easy. Whenever we head back to Mesa to visit our relatives, I'll be making this home our first choice. Thank you again!

Convenience and Comfort

We chose this property because it had separate areas - the master bedroom had an attached bath and the other two shared a bath. It was part of a development, so it was quiet, but a short distance from two major roads that led to the freeway and restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is very well supplied with many appliances. One note: the refrigerator door hits the wall when opened. Suggest that it be pulled out from the wall a bit so that it wont' get damaged in the future.

Perfect quiet location

The location was great. The house was beautiful, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and appliances. It appeared most of the small appliances were new. We were disappointed when we went to use the ice maker in the refrigerator. It did not work and when looking into it we found it was rusted and appeared to have the remains of dried ice in it. We were able to pick up a bag at the market close by . The home layout was perfect for our needs. We did not use the TV’s as we couldn’t figure them out. ( we have cable) The master BR has a beautiful walk-in closet and an awesome shower. The living area is open to the DR and kitchen. The outdoor area provided a great spot to sit and relax. It was very clean and inviting. The golf putting green and hammock were nice touches. My husband and I were in the area checking it out for our upcoming retirement (snowbirds). Unknown to us when booking, we found it was less than 10 minutes from my sister and husband’s snowbird park and only a 15 minute drive to my brothers full time home in AJ. The convenience to the freeway was a plus. We were able to visit surrounding areas all within a short drive. The host was quick to get back to me when I had questions. My brother from Florida who was enroute to join all of us for a family event in AJ found out the day before he was to check into their vacation rental that a water pipe had broken, leaving them with no place to stay. I sent a text to our host to find out whether it was OK for them to stay until they found another place and received an OK in a short amount of time. They stayed with us one night and we all had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and for a longer period of time. As owners of a vacation rental ourselves, we appreciated the amenities and cleanliness of each area of the house. Patti and Fred from Montana
