The place to be for extreme comfort, calm and quiet experience!!!

To stay at my property, i expect honesty in your reservations; if you make reservation for two people, I expect two guests to sleep at the property and not over the amount that it was booked for. I will request additional charge of $70 more if there are more than two guests per day and $25 per pet if reservation was never made. I am steps away from this property so i will always know who enters the property . Property is located in the best and most convenient location in Springfield. It is very family oriented, very spacious, warm and most of all welcoming.

My home has a total of six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a formal dining room and of course a spacious kitchen . The kitchen has all your basic needs, such as coffee( k-cups), water and all kitchenwares. It also has a air fryer .

I have one of the six bedrooms located on the first floor for guests that have a difficult time taking the stairs. The sixth bedroom is located in the attic, that has a total of two beds( one full size and another twin), also I have a full shower also located on the first floor as well.

You also get your personal parking space in the driveway that fits up to three cars. Ok

Each room has its own television that is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, peacock and HBO max.

My home is a great place to host your birthday celebration with your friends and family. It is also a great place to host up to 12 people because air beds are also available if needed.

If you have pets, i have a large backyard to keep them busy which is fenced in to keep them safe .

The home is well secured with vector security, i have cameras on both front and back of the house .

This is a non smoking home, so i am asking you to respect my home. If you want to smoke, please use the deck area or the porch. If by any chance, this small ask is being ignored, you will be reported to vrbo.
