Our family of six had a wonderful stay here. We arrived during a snowstorm, and the snow was promptly cleared with the driveway salted, which we truly appreciated. The living space was perfect for our family, with a cozy and comfortable living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee maker was excellent. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Extra blankets were available, which was a lovely touch. Water pressure was great as well. Your family will truly enjoy their time here. Thank you, Victoria, we will definitely be back!

I was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfy. There is a store literally right around the corner. I would definitely stay agin and recommend to others. The property manager answered my questions and gave good customer service.

Very comfortable stay and great communicative host. Only issue is extremely small, related to housekeeping. Bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned before our checkin, we had to clean it, and there were a couple of not thouroughly cleaned dishes in the cupboard. Otherwise very excelllent stay.

Great family home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, beds were comfy and it was spacious. One small thing was that there was only one tv and it did not work.

Awesome Stay for Great Value!!!

My family of five was pleasantly pleased with our booking. The duplex had plenty of space, including access to the basement. Easy access, adequate parking, safe neighborhood, clean surfaces and extra linen, around plenty of food options and great wi-fi connection. All instructions were simple and easy to follow. It snowed during our stay and we woke up to the porch and sidewalk shoveled! Chef's Kiss A

Good Budget Stay

If you're looking for a decent place for a great price, this is a great option. Things like the water heater, coffee machine, internet, and other basics work well. The beds are pretty meh when I stayed, but they're clean and get the job done. You won't necessarily find a quiet night because of how poor the sound insulation is, nor will you find solid construction or a super clean neighborhood. It's an old house with cheap patches to make it work well enough as a place to stay for a short trip, and most of the street has similarly aged houses. It's not gross by any means, but it's probably not going to impress you. There's also a little bit of communication issues with the host with check out instructions, but it wasn't anything critical. Overall, you get what you pay for. The price is excellent and you'll have all you need to get by. So if that's all you're looking for, this is a good pick.

Nice place to stay

I was a bit nervous after booking and ready some of the reviews about being a noisy location as I’m a light sleeper. It is a very active neighborhood directly behind large shopping with a railroad track nearby and a flight path directly overhead. However I just played some white noise music on my phone and it was fine. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were on business leaving around 5am daily and coming back after 9pm. It’s too bad because it has a huge nice backyard. Plenty of off street parking and the host is very responsive. I unfortunately had a guest that locked the door and resulted in locking us out, they came right over to unlock it. Careful when leaving to not lock the knob, just the deadbolt!! We’ve stayed at 3 different places in Springfield and this is hands down the nicest one. Very large and spacious, laundry in the basement with plenty of space to do it and iron, huge plus for us! 2.5 baths is awesome as well. We will look for this listing in the future.

Location needs A LOT of work

Location has the potential to be great but it is run down and needs A LOT of work. From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. Ceiling in the kitchen has brown water stains in the ceiling, floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom are cracked, ants kept coming in from outside, food left in the fridge and trash was left in and on the garbage can, food left in chairs, etc. SO0o0o0o0o many issues. Contacted host and walked through the house to address some issues, she did fix what she could but when she mopped the floor, it left it sticky. She did respond promptly. I will give her that. Listing says there will be towels and there were tons of body towels but only 4 wash cloths. Couches have rips in them and the chair is atrocious because there's foam missing in it. Bedroom furniture in master is old. TV in master bedroom didn't even have a power cord so you can't use it. She needs to hire a contractor to fix current issues and cleaning service because she obviously cannot do this alone. Did have cute pillows and other decorations but it didn't make up for all the issues. Will not be back.

As a host I take pride in my property and the comfort of my guest is very important to me and go above and beyond to make sure their stay is nothing but comfortable. The pictures as seen on my profile is exactly how the place looks. As a host the place was thoroughly clean and I did a walk through after it had been cleaned and the place was in great shape. The guest found everything wrong with the place. From the time she reached out to the hosts in less than 30min I was in the apartment to clean and still was not clean enough for her. I have had several people stay and no one has had any complaints. For seven adult guest guest for 2 night at $100 a night I’m sorry I could not meet your expectations. As a host I look for every opportunity to improve and will continue to strive to do bette. The pictures on the profile is exactly how the place looks.
