I am sorry that your travel plans were disrupted and understand your frustration. The reservation was canceled due to a rare synchronization error between booking platforms that resulted in the property appearing available when it was not. This was not an intentional overbooking, and as soon as the issue was identified, efforts were made to work through the booking platform to resolve the situation. While I understand your disappointment, several statements in your review are inaccurate. I did not ignore calls or messages, nor was there any attempt to avoid assisting you. The situation was actively being addressed through the booking platform, which was also responsible for communicating available alternatives and support options. I sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused you and your family. Since this incident, additional safeguards have been implemented to reduce the likelihood of a similar synchronization error occurring in the future. I wish you and your family the very best.

Good afternoon Balinda. Thank you for informing us of the unkept yard. This should have been addressed with our newly hired yard crew. I will need to address this matter with another contractor. The lighting matter is one of personal opinion. I believe the living room lights are 60w equivalent LEDs with soft/warm color. If this opinion is seen as regular, we can swap out the lamps/fans with higher lumen output. The house is not in a HOA, thus the issue reported regarding dogs is outside of our control. When I lived at the property, I did not encounter/recall this issue. Regardless, I am sorry you did.
