This modern and striking 1 bedroom, dog-friendly townhouse comfortably sleeps four people, has warm and elegant touches, and is the perfect backdrop for your Snowshoe getaway. Youâre sure to be delighted with all the tastefully decorated details this property offers!
This wonderful townhome stands out from the rest with its EV (electric vehicle) charging station. While you stay in the property, charge your vehicle in a fast and hassle-free way so your vehicle can recharge while you relax! (Small fee applies for use of this amenity.)
Nestled in the Shamrock community (a lovely complex that is family-friendly), the property is close to the Western Territory, and the Powder Monkey and Powderidge ski lifts!
When staying at the inviting Shamrock 21A, youâll enjoy an abundance of kitchen amenities such as a digital air fryer/toaster oven, a Ninja Professional blender, a Keurig single-serve and carafe coffee station, and an Instant Pot, just to name a few.
 
The updated and comfortable kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Within the space, youâll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, a range, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. In the kitchen, youâll also appreciate the stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
 
If youâre tired of preparing your own meals, consider taking a short stroll to the Western Territory area which houses Tuqueâs Bar and Grill and Appalachia Kitchen, or enjoy a lovely walk to the charming Village, the hub for all things on Snowshoe Mountain, and a plaza filled with shops and restaurants.
 
Every detail of this property has been thoughtfully planned for your comfort and stay in mind. From the large 67â smart TV in the living room, to the electric fireplace so you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a hot toddy by the flickering flames on a cold evening, to the video game console in the living room where you can unwind before or after your dayâs adventures.
 
For your relaxation, comfort, and a peaceful night of sleep, retreat to the sanctuary of your upstairs bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and roomy walk-in closet. For additional sleeping capacity, the living room has a Murphy bed that accommodates two additional people.
Additionally, youâll love the mudroom that youâll walk into when you first enter the property where you can shed your shoes, jackets, and equipment before walking into the living space.
 
For your outdoor enjoyment, guests have access to the community amenities such as the basketball court, tennis court, covered picnic area, playground, pickleball, shuffleboard, shared gas fire pit, and a green space with a bike washing station.

THE RESORT:
At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginiaâs Allegheny Mountains. Youâre sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.
Winter â With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.
Summer â Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Shamrock 21A is a ski-out property since thereâs a skiable access point leading from the building complex down to Powderidge run. Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you walk back to the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.
Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the property.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the unit.
