It features custom-built cabinets and quartz counters with ambient lighting setting a calming mood throughout every room. The pool refreshes during the summer months and is heated in the winter for year-round enjoyment. It's the perfect spot to post up and enjoy hundreds of world class restaurants, golf courses, amazing hikes, sporting events, nightlife, and shopping.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, nightstands, and closets. The house is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. Blankets, linens, towels, fresh sheets. Kitchen is equipped with all of the basics. There is a washer/dryer in the common area and the TV has full live cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

Scottsdale is truly such an awesome town. The back nine at Phoenician is built into the side of a mountain and really unique. Gateway Loop, Pinnacle Peak, and Lost Dog are my favorite nearby hikes. My favorite places to eat are Bandera for the cornbread and grilled artichokes anytime they're in season, Hillstone's ribs are next level, Pita Jungle has awesome Mediterranean food as well, Cornish Pasty Co is really good and different too. I could go on and on, let me know if you're looking for anything specific.

Scottsdale has four trolley routes to help you get around town without a car. The Scottsdale trolley system is free to ride and connects with Valley Metro's transit system giving you access to the greater Phoenix metro area. Whether you're running errands, shopping, going to one of our premier special events or heading across town, there's a trolley for you.

Valley Metro Transit: the Phoenix metro area’s regional public transit system also provides bus service to, through and from Scottsdale to and from other Valley communities.
