**PLEASE NOTE** Bear Pause is currently ON THE MARKET FOR SALE. Our calendar will be opened up in 60-day increments to, hopefully, avoid issues with your reservation once under contract.
***Now offering 2 or 3 bedrooms!*** We have disabled the "Instant Booking" feature in order to customize your booking for 2 or 3 queen bedrooms. This flexibility accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. When submitting an inquiry, please specify the number of guests and the number of beds required. Please note that the third bedroom WILL BE INACCESSIBLE unless it is specifically requested.
OCCUPANCY AND FEES:

3 bedrooms - 3 to 6 guests - $240 PER NIGHT PLUS $135 CLEANING FEE
**PLEASE NOTE** Nightly rates and cleaning fees on the online calendar and on the booking estimate are for TWO BEDROOMS. VRBO does not accommodate multiple pricing points. We will manually adjust nightly rates and cleaning fees for three bedrooms.
Bear Pause cabin is located in the quiet Laurel Springs Subdivision 11 miles outside of downtown Blue Ridge and is convenient to Ellijay (27 miles), Blairsville (25 miles), Copperhill TN (9 miles), and Murphy NC (19 miles). Access roads are primarily paved with the final road being partly paved and partly well-packed gravel. Four-wheel drive is not necessary to reach the cabin. We ask guests to obey the 10 MPH speed limit to keep the road in good condition, as this is a private road and is not county maintained.
The Bear Pause main entry is accessed either by steps or ramp. The front door enters into the open dining, kitchen, and living area on the main floor. The dining table seats four, while the kitchen has counter seating for two. The kitchen is equipped with side-by-side refrigerator/freezer; electric stove with smooth cooktop; microwave; dishwasher; coffee grinder and drip coffee maker; Keurig coffee maker; four-slice toaster; blender; various cookware, bakeware, and cooking utensils; eight place settings of dinnerware; hot beverage mugs; and various cold beverage glasses. The living area focal point is the gas log fireplace. There is plenty of comfortable seating for playing one of our board or card games, watching tv, or just enjoying one another's company. There is both front and rear access to the main level porch, which wraps around three sides of the cabin. This porch has outdoor seating, a gas grill, a fire table, and a picnic table. A bathroom with combination tub and shower and a queen bedroom is also on the main level. This arrangement is perfect for guests who find stairs to be challenging.
Stairs to the upper level take you directly into a designated workspace. To the right is the entry into the upstairs queen bedroom and bathroom suite. This bedroom has access to a private rear balcony with seating. The upstairs bathroom has a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower.
Stairs to the lower level take you to the downstairs game room, hangout area, optional 3rd queen bedroom, 3rd bathroom and give you immediate access to the lower-level back porch. The game room and hangout area are equipped with comfortable seating, a tv, table for playing games or eating, games and puzzles, and a 60 in 1 video arcade. The bed in this room is higher than most and has a step stool to accommodate climbing into the bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
