This quiet, nearly half-acre retreat has two stunning, custom-designed buildings built in 2016: The Main House & The Outpost.

Your group will spend most of your time relaxing in the Main House. The Main House amenities include:

A lucky twosome will have The Outpost all to themselves. The Outpost amenities include:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Our closest beach is at Stop 37, 1 mile down the road. There is no vehicle parking allowed (strictly enforced), so when we don't feel like walking, we drop off our family and supplies with the car, and the driver returns to the beach via the bike in the shed. There are also several stunning beaches with parking a short drive away detailed in our guidebook you'll receive ahead of your stay.

The 4th bedroom is in a separate single-room building on the property (next to the hot tub). It doesn't have a bathroom, but it does have heating / air conditioning.

We offer parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is not available, and there is no nearby overnight public parking facility.

We do not allow any pets at the property.

This isn't a party home; it's in a beautiful quiet, cozy neighborhood with more permanent residents than rentals. We do not allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the home (even if not staying the night) unless pre-approved.
