THE SPACE

AS 328-330 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo in Allegheny Springs — Snowshoe's premier Village Central building. With a unique bunk bed layout designed for families and groups, this condo sleeps up to 10 and puts you steps from the Ballhooter Lift, hot tub, heated pool, and Snowshoe Village restaurants.

This is the go-to condo for active families and multi-family groups who want space, fun bunk configurations for kids, and unbeatable ski convenience.

Allegheny Springs is Snowshoe Mountain's flagship building, located directly in Village Central at the base of the Ballhooter Lift. All building amenities listed below are shared facilities managed and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

Ok. I am writing this review with some of the things that I would like to know when booking. Room was great! Location was perfect! The view from the balcony is of the Ballhooter lift and the Waffle Cabin. Everything is within walking distance and we never needed to use our car. And that includes the grocery store which is practically next door. On that note, definitely hit the grocery store before you arrive to have all the food and drinks you need for your stay, Loved that we had access to ski lockers which was great with our 2 boys and equipment. Having LARGE TVs (3) was great for down time. Easy to get more towels from front desk. Onsite heated pool was so nice to have on the property. Plus, there are 2 hot tubs and each hot tub is a different temperature (nice and warm vs. toasty hot). I am picky when it comes to beds and these were fine….not too hard or too soft. No complaints. Hope this helps!!!

Great stay. Great location

Communication was great, place was clean, and you can’t beat the location. Overall it was a great stay. Only downfall is we had to make all 4 of the king beds when we got there and they are in tight spaces and required multiple hands to accomplish the task.

Great stay!

The rental was excellent for our family. The space was clean, provided plenty of room for us all and was in a great location - close to all activities. We came to mountain bike over the weekend and enjoy the lake/pool. The pool area was never crowded and the heated pool and hot tubes were excellent. We will definitely rent again and were satisfied with the accommodations and amenities.

Wonderful place!

Great location in the Village … easy access to slopes and restaurants. Convenient parking. The condo is updated, clean, and exceeded our expectations. Our 3 teens had plenty of room to sleep in the oversized bunks. Happy stay for the family! Will stay in this unit again.

Great ski-in and ski-out Condo

Very clean and delivered as advertised. Right at top of the mountain by the lift. Well appointed condo. Nice hot tub and heated pool. Only issue was had to call for ski locker lock combination. Would stay here again.

Snowshoe in March

Great stay at Snowshoe this past week. This property at Allegheny springs is the best I've been in. Location of the unit faces Ballhooter. The unit was perfect for 3 adults on this trip, and we had room to fit more. The property management was excellent and very timely. One minor issue with TV that we really didn't even care about and they resolved it within hour of my call. Thanks again, I will be back next year.

Ski trip

The steps to check in are not accurate to the email. Called the manager and they assisted with the checkin. King Beds overtake the rooms and its difficult to get around them.

Fall Weekend

We stayed in this unit last year and then again this year. Since last year they did a facelift remodel. The new living room furniture was a great upgrade. The King bed in the single bed room made the space tight but it was comfortable. The bunk room was crazy tight. I can't imagine having multiple people in there. Just two kids and they had to use the space by the door for suitcases due to limited space. The tv in that room is huge but you can't see if from any of the beds. Overall this unit is great. It's always clean, the owner responds quickly, the location is great, view is amazing. Just making a note about the tightness because it could cause a problem for people with mobility issues.

A nice place to stay while skiing with a family - but showing signs of age

Location is excellent. Walk or take an elevator down two levels and you're right on the slopes by the main lift. Pool/hot-tub were heated well, parking was easy, and access to restaurants is super quick in the little village area. The room itself is showing signs of age. Curtains would fall off their rods when closed due to repeated usage from previous guests. The stoves burners were functional, but had been replaced and were crooked making cooking omelets and semi-liquid things difficult. The room had no spare trash bags, dishwasher pods, or sponges/dish rags when we arrived. We contacted the management because the previous guests has left multiple pans in poor shape (crusted on eggs) and we couldn't get the residue off even after trying to re-heat the pans. The manager got extra items to us the next day. The dishwasher is original and very loud, so you'll need to run overnight or not when you're going to be in the room. The handle on the dishwasher is also broken, which made locking it more difficult - but the unit worked and cleaned the dishes properly. When we got there only the master bedroom had the bed made and the bunkbeds just had sheets on them. We quickly found out why as making the bunk beds for the kids took an hour with the beds being so close to the walls and the railings of the bunkbeds being hard to work around. The host was responsive when we asked questions, but the room could use some updates.
