Ski In/Out 1BR Slopeside Condo at Top of the World, 1 Q bed + 1 Q Sleeper Sofa

Freshly renovated 1BR with FULL KITCHEN, electric FIREPLACE and a beautiful SLOPESIDE VIEW. Ski In/Out access to slopes (conditions permitting).

Top of the World is located next to Soaring Eagle Lodge, with the Soaring Eagle Express high speed lift in our backyard. Building features a full-service restaurant (Hoot's Bar & Grill, open Dec-March), Ski Shop, and Equipment Rentals on the ground floor.

Our condo is located at Snowshoe Resort, offering both winter and summer sports and activities. See their website for current availability, operation hours, and booking information.

We live at Snowshoe year-round and can easily be reached via VRBO messaging to answer questions or provide information about the condo, resort, etc. Any issues with your lodging will be addressed promptly, often by your hosts personally.

Cell calls and texting can be delayed but we answer asap. Use VRBO messaging for fastest response.

Many exceptional qualities stood out. First, the host/owners provided top-notch customer service. Second, the slopeside condo was pristine with all the comforts of home. Well-equipped, awesome view, and warm ambience. Third, the information the hosts provided in perfectly positioned places in the condo made staying at Top of the World very convenient. Chris and Kate have donea wonderful job with their condo - coffee table on wheels for easy movement, throws, plenty of hooks for gloves, warmers, coats, balaclava's, providing advices around the condo - no searching for the garbage disposal switch or where the cleanup towels are. We have stayed at several condo's over the past half-decade and this is the most well thought out update we have seen.

Room was very clean and well stocked with pots and pans. Way better than staying in the lodge for us. Dont forget your own coffee filters and sugar if you need it! Most places dont have it and I always forget. Sunrise from the room below!

Convenient, clean, comfortable

This was our first visit to Snowshoe and we happened to arrive the day that a big snowstorm hit. How awesome for us! We were skeptical about the distance between the place and the slopes but it was super convenient. We walked out the back door of Top of the World and were right there- feet away from the slopes and the Soaring Eagle lift. The unit was clean and had all that we needed to rest, sleep, and cook a few meals. It wasn’t a big space but there is room for more people to stay with the pull out sofa. We didn’t sleep on that pull out, but we did lay on it to watch TV one night. There were also some nice comforts in the unit with the soft towels and blankets, travel sized shampoo and soap, and the smart design closet to hold our gear. The main bed was very comfortable. It was also nice to watch other skiers and snowboarders out the window, and watch the falling snow on those beautiful trees.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. Love the convenience and easy access to the Soaring Eagle lift. Full kitchen was great and was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals in the condo. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool at Hoots. You can hear the music at Hoots on the weekend (we were still able to go to sleep early thanks to our white noise machines/apps) but it was quiet during the week. This was our second stay here and we definitely plan to return!

Summer Time

Most of the restaurants are open Thursday through Sunday. We were there during beginning of the week. Limited places to eat. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Looks like an amazing place for skiing!!

This condo was very well stocked. We had plenty of toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Having free access to the hot tubs is also a huge attraction especially after skiing for a few hours. The interior was very cozy and had plenty of blankets and pillows. The fan was really nice and kept the whole unit cool. Would stay again over other places on the mountain.

Great Views and Cozy Condo

Excellent views of the slopes, Perfect location, Easy parking, Very Clean and Updated space, super duper comfy bed, kitchen had all the utensils etc for cooking cozy meal by the gas fireplace. Great, responsive hosts! Thanks for taking great care and we hope to visit this lovely condo again soon.

The property is very clean and had everything we would need for the weekend. Food nearby is very high and we had to look for something in a much more reasonable price range. Would be great if we had planned to eat in. The TV was not connected to internet, but we just let that go.

Our ski-in/ski-out slopeside condo is right next to the Soaring Eagle Express high speed lift. It's on the second floor, and features spectacular mountain views. Our condo offers convenient storage for all your gear, a well-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, a newly renovated family room with custom electric fireplace, TV/DVD/cable & stereo, free wifi, breakfast bar with seating for three, a queen bed and new queen sleeper sofa.

Snowshoe's FREE SHUTTLE will pick you up at the station in front of the parking lot and take you anywhere on the mountain. Visit the Village (dining, shopping, spa services), ski the Basin, Western Territory, and Silver Creek (night skiing, tubing), swim at Split Rock Pools (hot tubs, suana, heated indoor/outdoor pool) or Shavers Lake, and more.

Mountain bikers and hikers will enjoy miles of challenging cross-country or downhill trails--and a scenic lift ride back up to the top!
