Vous allez adorer cette fabuleuse maison de vacances spacieuse (1650 pieds carrés) à partir du moment où vous entrez.
À partir de la grande terrasse extérieure avec des salons confortables et barbecue à gaz, vous ferez face à une belle vue sur le golf, les montagnes et les lacs d'eau de golf. Vous pourrez profiter de café et le soleil du matin puis des cocktails en soirée sur la terrasse en regardant tout ce qui se passe sur le terrain de golf.

Le salon et la salle à manger sont extrêmement confortables avec de grands salons, chaises, table et banc, TV avec magnétoscope numérique et Internet haute vitesse et un téléphone que vous pouvez appeler partout en Amérique du Nord sans frais. Un coin bar sympa pour faciliter tous les divertissements que vous voulez. Nous avons eu de nombreuses fêtes d'anniversaire en famille dans ce domaine.

La cuisine a été entièrement équipée pour divertir et préparer vos repas préférés.

La tanière a une télévision et DVR, et un espace pour ordinateur et Internet. Une taille de reine sortir canapé-lit peut accueillir 2 personnes très confortablement avec beaucoup d'intimité.

La grande chambre des maîtres a un roi en Californie lit king, TV, l'abondance d'espace de rangement, d'un patio extérieur privé fabuleux, et un maître salle de bains privative avec double vasque, beaucoup de placards, d'une baignoire très confortable et une grande douche.

La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être déplacés ensemble ou séparés, TV, placard et une salle de bains attenante avec douche.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse et beaucoup de draps et serviettes supplémentaires sont fournis pour les séjours à long terme.

La piscine et le jacuzzi sont 1 minute à pied de la maison. Si vous désirez une plus grande piscine de taille olympique, vous pourriez être en mesure d'assister (selon le moment de l'année), le Palm Valley Clubhouse où vous pouvez également trouver un magnifique spa, salle de gym, et un grand restaurant.

I loved my month long stay here in January. Blue skies and sunshine, and a fully furnished, beautifully decorated villa on the golf course. The host, Barb, was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great condo

My husband and I spent two weeks in this lovely and very comfortable condo and plan to spend a longer time there next year. Beautiful views and the owner is extremely easy to work with.

Lovely view of Palm Trees and Blue Sky

Peter and Barb's place is wonderful. We love sitting on the sunny patio with a view of the palm trees and blue sky. We like to golf and there were about 12 golf courses within 5 miles of their place, with many open to the public. We hope to return again in the future. Thank you Barb and Peter.

FABULOUS Views of Swaying Palm Trees

One of THE BEST views at Palm Valley CC that we have stayed at. The patio has a low wall, so our dog was secure as we enjoyed the gorgeous palm trees & watched golfers tee off. It was super hot outside, but the air conditioning was uber cool the whole time. The home was spotless & had everything we needed. The only hiccup, was the BBQ: it was old, dirty, igniter didn't work, metal paint chips peeling off on interior lid, its was unfortunate that the owner didnt have a maintenance co to replace it during our stay. Ultimately, everything else was superb & we definitely will stay again.

Thank you Donna for your review. We now have a new BBQ for your next visit. The original did not stand up well during Covid and little care as we could not visit during this time. Bathrooms will also be renovated this summer.

Wonderful little getaway

We chose this rental for a local family getaway after COVID. Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is extremely comfortable, the location was great, and we had all amenities we needed. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings and watching the golfers. What a wonderful place you have; we hope that we can return sometime soon! Thank you for everything!

LOVED our stay

Great location condo with a beautiful patio that looks onto the golf course. Pools within 3 min walk on both sides. Palm Vally CC is beautifully landscaped, and it was calm, quiet, and wonderful! We will rent this unit again in the future!

Being greeted by the morning sun each morning shining on the terra cotta flooring walking to the patio to watch the golfers. Enjoying our morning coffee breathing in the Palm Desert life. Most relaxing time for both of us.

Great getaway

I have stayed in this location for 3 years in a row. Fabulous, clean condo with patio over looking the golf course. Pool and hot tub a short distance from units. The gardens and condos are very well maintained and spacious. The selection of golf courses, restuarants and shopping all within 15-20 mins is wonderful. I will be back next year for sure.

Awesome!

Just returned from 5th year in a row, we love this place for our trip as the condo is very comfy for all 4 of us, the facilities are great from the two courses on site to the free practice areas as well as the clubhouse for great food, swimming pool within steps of the back deck. The choices for other courses are multiple and all within 15 mins driving. Looking forward to next year already.

Fantastic

Fantastic condo! 5th year staying here for our golf trip. Condo and facility well maintained and clean. Very central to everything in the Palm Springs area. Patio is great to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch people tee off on the fourth hole and a great pool and hot tub area just steps away to relax after a great day of golf.

Spring Desert Getaway

My wife and I stayed at the Palm Valley Country Club in May of this year and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time coming to California (and to the desert for that matter) so we were hoping to have a relaxing time. When we arrived we were astounded at the layout of the club and the beautiful grounds and golf course. The condo was inviting and very relaxing to stay in. We loved the decor and details of the place. The floor tile, the high ceiling in living room/foyer and design really caught our eye. It felt like an oasis to us. One place that I ended up spending most of my time was on the patio. You could have breakfast and watch people playing golf right in front of you! At night you could lay back on a patio chair and take in the beautiful starry night and the desert breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to go back and stay again in the future.

A great family getaway

Stayed here with family and spouses for a week in May and it was lovely. The homeowners provided us with directions to local attractions (date farms, shopping..) and answered any questions we had. The house itself was spotless and very inviting and slept six of us quite comfortably. The property was also very well kept with pools within 5 minute walking distance and friendly neighbours. To stay busy, we did rent a car to get to various sights and cities about an hour or so drive away. We had a great time and enjoyed some much needed R&R!

Second time staying at this beautiful golf getaway. First class condo, very clean and relaxing. Great dining at the club house or bbq your own meal on the deck over looking the 4th hole. Swimming pool just a few yards from your deck.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best time in Palm Desert and loved the condo. It was really comfortable, bright and airy. Felt like home away from home! Lots of pools to swim and relax in, very friendly people. Can't wait to stay again hopefully next year!

Family Reunion Desert Getaway

It was a vacation to last a lifetime in memories. The complex was so well maintained. Other guests were very friendly near by. The weather was perfect every day and evening. The golf course was beautiful and well laid out. Just the right amount of palm trees to give an evening breeze a warm inviting sound rushing through the palm branches. The groundskeepers were always busy keeping everything clean and tidy. Flowers were always fresh and well watered. We enjoyed the clean desert air and quiet atmosphere for relaxing. The mountains were full of colour and gave us a feeling of protection. It was easy to drive out and in each day. The security team were always friendly and willing to help. All the facilities were well marked and easy to spot. We especially appreciated the close proximity of grocery stores such as Ralphs. We found the restaurants were clean and inexpensive but good food. We always enjoy Ruby's in Palm Springs. The complex was well lighted at night making it easy to find. We enjoyed visiting Sheilds Date Farm and having a date shake. We also enjoyed visiting Joshua Tree National Park. It had fascinating side trips and so much to see. Having it so close to visit from our complex was a real plus. Even though we are not golfers, we didn't feel out of place and would highly consider sending others there who love golf. The unit we stayed in was so well kept. It had everything we needed including bedding, some food items, cable TV and up to date reference materials to look through including tourist attractions and restaurant listings. The nights were quiet and peaceful for sleeping. We all agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever had and we miss it already.

Fantastic Condo

Fantastic condo! 3rd year staying here, beautifully decorated and a wonderful patio to enjoy your morning coffee while you look over the golf course! Pools just a couple of doors down on either side and a great putting facility! Well worth the stay!!

My partner and I stayed here in Sept, 2010 and couldn't have asked for anything better. Beautiful spacious condo, lots of space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen came in very handy to make ample margaritas. Spent a lot of time of their patio overlooking the beautiful golf course. Big master bedroom with large ensuite. This condo has it all and you will certainly enjoy your stay here. And the owners were great to deal with!

Beautiful views from a spacious and comfortable accommodation.

My wife and I stayed at this property at the end of August 2010 and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was and by the tasteful decor. Everything that you would need is there, or close by. The master bedroom was especially nice with a very comfortable king size bed and huge ensuite. We also enjoyed having the large living room with a big flat screen T.V. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the private Master bedroom patio and in the evenings, we used the Barbeque on the other patio. The grounds at the nearby golf course were well manicured and there were several swiming pools within a very short walking distance. We will definitely try to book this property again and would highly recommend it.!!

We live in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver is beautiful due to where it is on the Coast, by the mountains, very little snow in the winter and very nice summers. We also love Palm Desert as it is our place to enjoy warm weather year round and escape the rain in Vancouver. We enjoy the golf, shopping, easy travel to anywhere in California, Nevada or Arizona, wonderful facilities at Palm Valley Country Club, and fabulous restaurants in the area. We love it here and we know you will as well

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Before purchasing in Palm Valley Country Club we looked at over 100 homes in the area. We chose this home because of the surroundings, including beautiful gardens and golf clubs, the architecture of the home and style of this model home, the security of being in a gated community, and the close proximity to other communities, restaurants, etc.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique benefits are: Relaxing on the patios enjoying the quietness of the area, and having the space to entertain family and friends when desired. We enjoy watching the golfers on the 4th tee. We bought the home several years ago, empty of furniture, so had the opportunity to decorate in a casual, colourful style to compliment the area. We enjoy entertaining and being in the home and have chosen to stock the kitchen and home with everything our guests may need to enjoy same.
