Keep it simple at this peaceful and family friendly home. This 3 bed-2 bath home is centrally-located in the desired West Sedona neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead with unreal sunset views. Located near cafes, breweries, shops, restaurants, ATV/Jeep rentals, hiking, etc. Enjoy the majestic scenery at the comfort of your private deck, or relax in your private hot tub. This cozy home will be the perfect retreat to enjoy all the wonders of Sedona.

Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood near hiking and shopping.

The entire home and yard can be accessed. Currently the garage is off limits, and there is a county wide burn ban, so the fire pit can not be used until dry season is over.

Best way to contact us is through AirBNB, we aim to respond within 10-15 minutes!

Literal 5 min walk from the front door to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Enjoy not having to worry about getting there early to find a parking spot! Also, don’t be surprised to see all the wildlife the neighborhood has to offer. Even on the property we have personally seen deer, quail, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, javelinas and rabbits strolling through the yard.

Long driveway allows for several cars to be parked. Driving around the neighborhood is very simple and straightforward.

What a perfect place for families. We took advantage of the Sugar Loaf trailhead for a sunrise hike (we're from East Coast so kids were up early already) and were in awe of the views. Was a great jumping off point for other local spots (Slide Rock, Bell Rock, Chapel of Holy Cross) and easy ride to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. If we ever get to come back to Sedona this is the first place we'll try to book.

Great place to stay near stellar hiking trails and food

Overall it was a great place to stay, unwind, enjoy, nature, and has great access to hiking trails and varieties of food no more than 5 mins away. It was clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable (unlike our last hotel)... very important for a good nights sleep.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing week stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We enjoyed hiking up Sugarloaf which was only a short walk from the house. Perfect location for downtown Sedona! We loved it here.

Walking distance to great trails

We had a great vacation in Sedona in November. Trails were really crowded so we were glad to be able walk to the nearby trailheads. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views.

Perfect Stay in an Ideal Sedona Location

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a perfect location—just minutes away from amazing restaurants and beautiful hiking trails. Therapy classmates week in Sedona

4 of us taking Myofascial Release course stayed here and loved it! Location was superb being next to Coffee Pot rock and up high! Also only 1/2 mile down our road was a shopping center with supermarket, water refill station, Mexican restaurant, yoga studio and a goodwill for any forgotten items!!!

Sugar Loaf Trail

We loved being a 5 minute walk from the Sugar Loaf Trail Head and a quick drive away from shops, restaurants and more. Enjoying coffee and tea on the covered deck each morning with visits by a couple of deer and a havelina was so peaceful. Beds were comfortable and clean, with white sheets and lots of towels available. A great experience!

Perfect location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable. I stayed in the master bedroom and loved the long pillows - great for reading in bed. The location is great - you can walk to a few trails and even restaurants, stores at the bottom of Mountain Shadow Dr. We enjoyed the deck for unwinding after a day of hiking to read or have a cup of coffee, etc. I would definitely stay again if available!
