This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor with ocean front balcony.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the ceiling to floor windows in the living room or step outside to the large covered balcony. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center, hot tub and direct beach access. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. Covered parking deck, free parking.
Condo is on the 20th floor
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Great stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights and found everything as described. It was perfect for the two us. It’s right in the heart of Myrtle Beach which made it easy access to all that we explored. Janet was easily accessible and had all information to us in plenty of time. I highly suggest the Segway tour of Huntington State Par and eating at Hook and Barrel.

Very nice stay

Beautiful location, prompt communication from host, clean, well stocked condo, great resort amenities. A couple minor things but nothing that took away from our stay, (the doorwall seal and the bathroom fan need to be fixed). As with any rental, I recommend ear plugs and an eye mask.View is amazing, (LOVE the high floor!) and the beach is gorgeous. We miss Myrtle Beach already!

First, amazing views of the heart of Myrtle Beach. The host provided great instructions and information to help ensure we had a great stay. When i had queations they were quick to reapond. 10/10

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

Our stay at this beachfront VRBO was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a stunning ocean view was pure bliss. The location was perfect, just steps from the sand, making beach days effortless. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a serene, luxurious, and well-kept retreat right on the beach, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely the best rental we have stayed while during a girl’s weekend!!

Amazing communication with host. Janet responded to all questions regarding our check in and check out. The unit was very clean and all furniture was nice and modern. The views were breathtaking and because of the 20th floor, the views were breathtaking! Will absolutely stay again!

Rest and Re-Charge

This is my second month long stay at this property. I loved it this time as much as my fist time. The condo is adorable. The view is spectacular. I will definitely be back next year.

Happy Holiday to me

Condo was as described; it was very clean and that is the most important thing about staying at any location. It was central to each place we wanted to visit as we enjoyed a quick trip to the beach between Christmas and New Years.

Everything as described

This was such a beautiful property. I fell inlove with it! (I want to buy it) The kitchen was unbelievable, the bathtub was huge, it had a washer/dryer. It was clean. Janet had great communication. The outside of building was clean. Thry have three elevators, so waiting on one never took long. The parking was a street over, but it did not bother me at all. It is a nice little hike to the Boardwalk, but if you love walking, it shouldn't be a problem. You can see the skywheel from the balcony! Overall...I am very satisfied with this rental! Will most definitely pick this one again!!!

Had the best vacation ever! The condo is exactly as described. Communications with Janet were very easy. She responded to any need nearly immediately. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend the condo and Janet!

Very nice condo as advertised.

Overall, the condo was just what we expected- a nice, small place for a great price. Everything was in working order and the furniture was in good shape. There were a few minor things we found during our stay, but Janet was great to work with and took care of us. The beach is beautiful and the location is great-- close to all the things we wanted to do. The view is spectacular from the 20th floor!

Room clean, beautiful ocean view, liked full kitchen. Bathroom fan noisy ( just needs fan blades cleaned, during storm there were bubbles at base of storm door to balcony. Parking access a little inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

This was a great property! Excellent location, beautiful beach view, clean, and well equipped. Toaster, coffee pot, dishes, and pots and pans are provided in the kitchen along with major appliances. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer also. The negatives about this property are no fault of the owner, just personal preferences. The bedrooms only window is to the exterior hallway. Granted, there is only one condo past this unit, so it's not a high-traffic exterior hallway. But I wasn't comfortable with the curtain open which made the bedroom dark, even with the lights on. The bathroom has a garden tub, which we enjoyed, with the exception of having to step into and out of it to shower - the sides are very high. I only mention this as we usually vacation with my elderly mother, and this would have been a deal-breaker had she been on this trip with us.

We stayed for 5 days at the end of august and it was exactly as listed! The owner was kind super detailed and responded fast. Check in and parking was a BREEZE! Everything was just perfect actually literally no complaints!

Great place to stay

The communication from the host was great weeks prior to the trip and right before the trip began. Instructions were clear timely! The place was just as described and the pictures were accurate (except there are no red chairs on the balcony, but there are the 2 white chairs and a table. Bonus that there were 3 beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet. They were used a lot! Kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Getaway

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 5 days for a perfect beach getaway. Great views, great condo, fit our needs perfectly. We had the best time together! Definitely recommend and would stay again, hands down!

Beautiful condo

We had a great time, the place is just as listed. The apartment is clean, but it has just the basics. You will need to buy extras if you can’t bring it with you. We very much enjoyed our stay and Janet was very helpful, even tried to help us find a room for an extra night due to the global it outage.
