5 Minute walk to Downtown Ferndale!!

Amazing 3 bed, 2.5 bath, newer home blocks from downtown Ferndale. This place is a 5-minute walk (if that) to the action of dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping destinations. This is about as close to the action as you can get, while being on a very peaceful street.

Please note, pictures were taken when the property was listed. New furniture and art has been installed. Waiting on photographs to be taken of the newly improved space!

FYI, in the spirit of fairness, the cleaning fee has been removed from the listing but a $35/day up to $175 cleaning fee applies separately. This is so the charge is more reflective of the time stayed. Additionally, there is an additional cleaning fee of $10/day/dog, minimum $100/dog. This will be billed after check-in.

When wishing to book, please send the following information:

1) Where you currently live;
2) Why you are visiting Ferndale;
3) Number of people over 16 and under 16;
4) Any dogs coming along? If so, how many, and what breeds (for insurance);
5) Number and make/model of vehicles that will be on-site;
6) Date and estimated time of check-in;
7) Any allergies or accommodations I can help with;
8) You agree there will be a $3,000/party/day fee + any additional cleaning fees necessary;
9) Additional cleaning fees of cost + 20% will be assessed if the place is left in disarray.

Cameras are located at the front and side door. Please do not cover up cameras at any time --- they are for your safety and protection.

Dogs only, no cats allowed (severely allergic to cats unfortunately). No more than 3 dogs allowed per homeowners policy.

Listing is for up to three people over the age of 16 and two people under 16. Any occupancy more than this must be pre-approved by host. Extra $10/guest/day beyond this.

Yard is enclosed. Please ensure fence gate is locked when letting your dog out. Large metal dog crate is in the basement. The crate MUST be used it you leave your dog(s) unattended.

Trash day is Monday at 7 a.m. Please feel free to take out on Sunday evening.

The driveway is brand new. Please do NOT park any vehicle in the driveway that leak fluids. Any fluid leak will result in $250 clean up fee.

I understand and hope you enjoy your vacation -- however, my neighbors (north, east, south, and west) all work full-time --- unfortunately they are not on vacation. Please be respectful.

No more than two adult guests and two children (beyond party staying at home) may visit unless approved by host. Please be respectful of this. No loud music or people congregating on patio past 10 pm (neighbors to east, west, and south have children).

No smoking -- cigarettes or marijuana.

Please let me know if you break anything -- most breakages are the cost of doing business. I just want to attempt to replace the item for the next guest.

Lots of board games located in first floor closet -- enjoy a fun game with friends and family.

Please clean BBQ girl when done using.
