Great family stay

Enjoyed our short stay. Comfortable beds decor was nice. An extra chair in living room would be nice but overall it was a great unit

On the beach.short drive to grocery/gas/restaurant Doorknob doesn't seem to work.. but overall .. place was great!!

This property was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. They did a fabulous job on the remodel, though the washer and dryer need updating. Great beach view and spacious for our family of 3!

Great Family Vacation

Perfect spot for a quick family trip with two young kids. Easy beach access, heated pool was perfect temp. Condo was nice with a good view. My only complaint would be that the floors weren't very clean. Baby got dirty knees and tops of her feet crawling around on the floor. Pretty typical for a condo stay so I wouldn't knock them for this.

Sandy Key 827

The condominium was nice and appeared to be recently updated with new furniture. The property was well maintained and the rental agency was helpful when I had questions. The pool and beach were close which made it nice to go back and forth. Overall, it was a nice vacation and we will return.

The overall condo was nice. Loved the decor, everything was very clean and beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was so very uncomfortable. The sofa was slightly tolerable but the 2 chairs were not comfortable at all. The living room needs a ceiling fan along with the front bedroom with a light.

Wonderful & Relaxing

The condo was delightful. My husband & I enjoyed its modern beachy decor, balcony view of the ocean, comfortable beds (a much needed necessity for 2 tired parents of young kids), convient location to the beach, pool & hot tub & most of all the private, quiet beach w/beach service. The property management company quickly replaced the old dirty coffee maker w/a new one & helped us w/an AC issue. We had a 50-50 success rate w/being able to access the wi-fi on the smart TV in the family room to stream our favorite shows (the bedroom TVs are standard, nonsmart) but this was a minor hicup since we enjoyed reading in the peace & quiet or just spending time on the beach. I would recommend new seat cushions or coverings for the kitchen table chairs as the current ones were thin or a dish drying rack for the kitchen but everything else about the unit was clean, comfortable & beautiful. My rental standards are high & this Sandy Key condo is one we'd happily return to for our next vacation!

Sandy Key

We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and the being on the top/8th floor was perfect. We used the beach service (chairs/umbrella) as there aren’t any beach items that come with condo rental. The sampling of toiletries was a nice unexpected bonus. We were disappointed to find that the sectional shown in the photos was no longer in the condo. This was one of the deciding factors between choosing this condo over others. The couch was not big enough for our family of 4 with grown/teen kids. There were 2 decorative type chairs in the Living room as well, but they weren’t comfortable for sitting, especially not for long periods of time. The beds were great and comfortable. The chairs for the dining table could have used some maintenance as one had a detached seat and another was very loose and wobbly. The kitchen had the most common appliances and utensils (was missing a liquid measuring cup, but we used the dry ones for my need), so we were able to cook as normal. The washer and dryer were adequate and allowed us to dry our beach towels after each day and take care of laundry prior to departure. We were thankful for great weather to be able to spend the full day outside as the internet wasn’t sufficient to watch TV and the kids to be using cell phones/electronics at the same time; a lot of buffering/spinning. So, had weather been an issue causing us to remain inside for extended periods, it would not have served us well. But, overall, we had an enjoyable experience.
