Loved the location of the condo. The condo had a great layout. Wish the kitchen had a little more. Dining room table and chairs could use replacing. Wish we didn’t need to go to an office to check in and out.

Fantastic property!

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Beach access was great and we thoroughly enjoyed being close to all the necessary amenities. Used the pools and the gym, which were also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Clean and bright spot to spend a weekend or the whole week. Easy beach access, with a short boardwalk out to the sand, no stairs.

We enjoyed Beach Colony 4B so much. The only negatives were one non-working elevator and the directions being a bit confusing. Sheets we're not great and extra blankets/linens would have been helpful. But everything else about our stay completely wiped those concerns away. The space was incredibly clean and beautifully updated. The view was fantastic. And Perdido Reality were absolutely delightful to work with.

Gorgeous property

This condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the deck was amazing. The perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach. Paying for the beach service is worth it. We will definitely be back!

Just Perfect

Pretty sure you won't find a more beautiful unit OR location on Perdido. It's well-equipped, elegant and has the most stunning views EVER. Pro tip: Do NOT open the plantation blinds across from the commode, because the views will keep you there much longer than you need!We had a blast, the amenities were great, we'll be back!
