Location, Location, Location!

Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach-1 block, local to downtown restaurants and shopping. There is 1 designated parking spot, we basically left our car parked all week and walked everywhere because this rental is so conveniently located.

The ground entrance level (hotel-like) has a laundry room if needed and a nice lobby area with a great welcoming staff to answer questions about the local area-Eric & Al. You have the choice to take an elevator up to the 7th floor or you can use the beautiful staircase.
I cooked 3 meals and the kitchen is updated and has all the essentials needed, spices, oil and bowls, pans etc with a new dishwasher.. The bathroom is also updated. You can tell the owners, Carol and Bob take great pride and care in this rental with updates and keeping it clean and well stocked. Loved NOT having to bring the following: sheets, towels and beach supplies. It made our beach vacation and unpacking more enjoyable.

We had a party of 4 and could comfortably have accommodated 6. We did not have small children, but I did notice books, movies, toys and supplies for little ones.

Overall we all agreed that the location was perfect. Sitting outside and hearing the waves, coffee in the morning on both decks with a clear view of the ocean and the bay —-the best. Sunrises and Sunsets can’t be beat. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this rental or these owners. Thank you Carol and Bob for providing a great location and an awesome week down at the shore".
