Talk about small time vibes! Loved this little town. Everything is in walking distance. Great pizza restaurant Regnos, Ice cream place. Caught a High School Football Game just down the road. Everything is in walking distance. Small little town.

Loved it! Perfect spot! Very clean and comfortable! The only thing is they need to put an outlet in the bathroom or atleast in bedroom under mirror. Girls need a place to curl or flat iron their hair!😊

Nice overnight stay

Slight issue with getting locked out of the main building as we thought those doors were to be locked as well when leaving the building, but otherwise a nice place to stay overnight in a very nice area.

Nice spot close to everything

Nice little place that was close to everything. Enjoyed visiting the beach, grabbing ice cream at the local creamery and mini golfing. Visited the lighthouse and museum as well. Wonderful stay for our weekend away. Looking forward to returning again.

Upon arriving at the room, we went in, and there was trash in the sink. There was towels, washcloths, and other things in the tub. The bed was not made. It was in complete and utter disarray. The building itself was not well taken care and smelled like mold. when I called and spoke to the owner of the property, he was very rude and he acted like this was my fault. He told me that I should just contact the agency and they would reimburse me my money. I explained to him that I drove two hours away and did not have accommodations to stay anywhere. He did not care. He was very rude very short and then his resolution to the whole thing was to just hang up on me. I would not recommend this place at all. We were very excited about our weekend getaway. A lot of time and planning went into it just to have it ruined. I would give this place and the owner negative stars if I could.

Lovely place in a great location

We really enjoyed our first stay here. The place was spacious , clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the location and the beach was lovely. We enjoyed the diner next door for breakfast. We would stay here again but we would likely come back later in the week as the cute shops did not open until Thursday

If you’re looking for a beach or fishing get away this place is ideally located! Fairport is making so many improvements to an already cute town. The apartment was spotless and the owner was very attentive and accessible. Will happily stay again!

Beach stay

Wife and I had gone Mentor Headlands Park a few years ago and she loved that beach. We wanted to stay in that are and found this particular rental in Fairport Harbor. Beautiful single bedroom apartment. Then we found that Fairport Harbor beach was just couple blocks away.Lovely little town and their beach was fantastic.

Great apartment

Perfect sized apartment for me and my wife. The only thing that could have made it better if is was on the first floor but I knew is wasn’t. Quiet little neighborhood everything is within walking distance. The family restaurant next door was amazing with large portions. The beach is 2 minutes away . We really enjoyed are stay and plan on coming back next year . My wife wanted me to mention they could use an outlet in the bathroom to plug in hair dryer. Found a extension cord and plugged it in the living room

Nice Short Stay Vaca Spot

The location of this rental was great! You could easily walk to the beach, the cute shops, putt-putt golf, and to the creamery. ( Best ice cream we've ever had) The overall aesthetic of this rental was a combination of modern minimalist mixed with beach vibes. The decor and colors flow well from room to room. The space was clean and safe for families with littles.
