Wonderful home that is very thoughtfully filled with everything you need. The host Janice was wonderful — very responsive and understanding. Perfect location — easy walk or beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the stay very much. And while it’s noted that the garage is small, we were able to back a minivan into it. It was tight but very do-able, so don’t let that scare you.

Great time. Super convenient to Seacrest beach. It was nice to be able to place our chairs early in the morning, hang out at the beach, run back to the house to make lunch, finish the day watching the sunset on the beach. The house worked perfectly for our family of four plus our dog.

This location is perfect. Walkable to multiple food choices, small markets and shopping. We loved that the kids and inlaws could have their own space on different floors. The beach is gorgeous and very convenient. Wonderful communication from the owner. I had a few questions before we arrived and she was prompt and happy to help. One of the passes broke and she had it handled within hours. Great suggestions on things to do and restaurants. Very comfy beds with plenty of pillows and towels for everyone. Having two garages is great to store all beach gear in and we loved using the bikes.Be warned that unless you rent chairs and umbrellas (and book them early before your stay) you share a very small beach space with ALOT of people. This is nothing to do with the owners just the way the beach is set up. We will absolutely be back for another stay!

Location! Location! Location!This home was perfectly located in a beautiful gated community with private access to a heated pool that is situated on the beach. Beach access is steps away from the house/pool. Also, the house is a short walk from Peddlers 30A and the downtown shopping area. The house was perfect for 6 and was very clean. Our stay included all amenities for our vacation (grill, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach towels, all cooking supplies, etc..)The host, Janice, was wonderful and kept in communication when needed. We will be back! Thanks Janice!

Was a great weekend. Communication was smooth with the property manager and no issues finding and getting into the home. Excellent location. Can walk to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Loved it and plan to come back next spring!

Amazing Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle on Sunset Beach. The location was fabulous and perfect for biking around 30A. Three bikes were provided at this property as well as all kind of beach supplies, an added bonus! Check in and check out were very easy. We all had a great time!

Great trip, wonderful accommodations!

We loved our stay at Sandcastle. The accommodation were great, comfortable beds and the unit had anything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs available for use as well as beach umbrellas, coolers and floats. The host was very easy to reach and available for any questions or needs one may have. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Perfect family getaway

We LOVED this property! The price was fantastic for the location. We were close enough to ride bikes to dinner or walk up for coffee. The beach is just a couple minute walk and easy to get back after a long day on the beach. Much better than having to wait on and catch the shuttle. We will definitely book here again!

The property is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, access to a pool, plenty of room inside with all the things you need. Also a ton of beach supplies and two garages! Janice was so kind and communicative as well. Our family of 3 had a great time, we'll likely book again with a few other family members too!

Great house.

5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well.
