This cozy woodside home in residential York is the perfect southern Maine retreat for you and your family. Enjoy your morning coffee immersed in nature here among the pines or a less than five minute drive to the beach.
It was exactly as the description said. It was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Nicole was very quick to get back with any questions we had. Thank you so much. They do need to change the burnt out lightbulbs.
Perfect accommodations for our group of 5 adults and 2 children (three generations of our family)! Each family group had its own comfortable space. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and big enough for several "chefs" and our young "sous-chefs". Lots of space to hang out and make crafts and play games on a rainy day. We enjoyed the firepit and the large yard. The host was delightfully responsive and answered every email promptly. We wish we could have stayed longer!
The owner of the property - Nicole - is very nice and responsive to any concerns and questions. And she's very knowledgeable about activities and places to eat. The house is quite comfortable with plenty of amenities in a quiet, quaint location convenient to everything in the area.
What a perfect home away from home : ) We stayed at Nicoleâs house for a family reunion after a 5 year hiatus due to Covid. It was surprisingly spacious and private. The house was well stocked with the necessities and very clean. The neighborhood is charming and safe - close to everything. on top of it all - Nicole was a fantastic host and extremely responsive , even late at night. Would love to stay here again!
The property is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, and home is located in a woodsy area. We felt it had everything a family would need. It is a home that makes you feel welcomed, and the owner was the most professional and caring owner I have dealt with in my years of renting vacation homes. She listened to my concerns prior to renting the property, answered all questions, and made the home as comfortable as possible for my family. Although, our week in Maine was not great due to rainy weather, we were still able to enjoy York, restaurants, scenic views, the harbor, "lobsters off the boat". Long Sands Beach is a 14min drive, so you need to plan your beach day and parking.
