Nice Cozy Stay

Perfect place to stay as a couple. Clean and well appointed. The only issue was tight parking for a full size truck. Smaller vehicles should have no problem.

Quiet Neighborhood

The house was really nice. It was clean & comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & when you sat outside in the fenced yard it was peaceful. We would definely recommend this house.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect as it was a quick drive to clearwater beach as well as the other nearby beaches and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and basic toiletries and towels were provided which was super helpful! The wonderful host made the check in/out process so easy and checked in several times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going well. Such a cute place and love that we could bring our small dog with us and she was very comfortable as well Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed

The place was much smaller than the pictures made it look. The sofa was barely big enough for two adults. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. It was a nice place, just not what I expected.

Perfect for a couple

The unit was cute and welcoming, and we very much enjoyed the private outdoor space! It was everything my husband and I needed for our stay while visiting family in the area. The host was very helpful and kind. It is super close to any convenience you could imagine. We would stay again and recommend it! (:

Cute little place for the price. I was traveling with my dog and this was the perfect space for the two of us. The turf yard wasn’t big enough for him to run around in, but was a great size for letting him out to the restroom and gave him enough space to relax outside. Convenient location to access the beaches. Neighborhood was quiet. Carport was nice to keep car shaded. Had a turf patch and hose that was convenient for washing dog after the beach.The place could have been cleaner. Upon arrival, I found red stains on the wall in the bathroom (appeared to be lipstick and appeared to have been cleaned off the wall in other areas). I also found some trash on the floor and under the couch. Floor was also still pretty sandy. Some of the decor in the unit could use some love — wall clings coming off the wall, curtains dirty/dusty, etc.One thing that was annoying was that there was no ventilation in the kitchen/living room so every-time I cooked (or made toast) the fire alarms would go off. I messaged the host multiple times and they were extremely responsive and kind. This was very nice!Couple things I wish I knew before staying:- no dishwasher so all kitchen supplies were washed by hand by previous guests. personally didn’t like but everything seemed clean- neighborhood is right off part of the Pinellas trail- unit has beach chairs and umbrella in the closet

Regarding the red marks in the bathroom, unfortunately a previous guest dyed their hair and stained the wall. We attempted to remove the staining, but it now requires repainting, which we are taking care of. We’re also addressing the curtains and wall decor you mentioned. Cozy and quiet

We stayed two nights with our dog. It is a comfortable, clean and quiet location. The small fenced yard was nice, but our dog didn't like the artificial grass. No worries, the location is right next to the Pinellas County trail, so there is easy access to plenty of grass if you have a pet. We stayed to be close to downtown Clearwater to attend a concert and the location was perfect. Nina also provides chairs and towels for anyone planning a beach day and there's a washer and dryer if you're planning a longer stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Beautifully kept home

Charming. Bed was so comfortable! Fenced yard was lovely for me and my little dog. I have asthma, so my only issue was the scented plug ins that I had to unplug and air the place out. Many people love scents, but for those with scent issues it is a challenge. I would recommend all natural scents in a reed diffuser.

And yes, we hear you loud and clear on the plug-ins. While many guests do enjoy them, we absolutely understand how sensitive scent can be for others, especially with asthma. Great host. Okay stay.

Cons: Lock box for key doesn’t work properly. Towel rod in bathroom broken. Bed is very low to ground and squeaks very loudly just by sitting on it. Every time you roll over it sounds like you are in a bowl of hard crunchy potato chips. Mattress is soft though. Yard is very small. About 16 x 16 feet The permanent tenant on property smokes marijuana a LOT. If you are outside it is disruptive. Pictures of property are not a true depiction. Bar stools are not the same as in picture, couch is not the same, some pictures show a desk but there isn’t a desk, some pictures show an oval shaped coffee table but it is a large square one and doesn’t fit in the room very well, and pictures make it appear much larger. Pros: Pinellas Trail is right across the street. Very private property. Carport to park under. Host is VERY responsive and we were asked if it was okay if their handyman could come over to replace couch while we were there. We were fine with that. Couch is very small and had to be assembled. Not good quality at all. It would be better if the couch was taken out and replaced with 2 quality recliners. All that being said the place was clean, just the right size for 2 people, bigger than a hotel room, and we were able to bring our 2 small dogs. We would stay again if the bed was fixed and if the tenant was asked not to smoke marijuana while there.

The squeaking problem has now been resolved, and we’ve ensured the bed is both sturdy and comfortable. Unfortunately, this issue wasn’t flagged by our cleaning team, as they don’t typically sit or lie on the beds during their inspections. However, we’ve now added this step to our protocol to prevent similar oversights in the future. Regarding the furniture, we’ve recently uploaded new photos to reflect the updates. We occasionally need to replace items because some have been damaged by previous guests. While we aim to maintain the original look and feel, we also prioritize durable and practical choices to ensure the comfort of everyone who stays with us. Additionally, we’d like to clarify that our property is equipped with a keypad entry system rather than a lockbox. It’s possible this may have been a mix-up with another short-term rental, but we’re always happy to assist with any questions about accessing the property. Lastly, I want to clarify that we do not have a permanent tenant on the property. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced disruptions during your stay and will continue working to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.
