While air conditioning isn’t listed as an amenity in the home you booked — and many homes in the Tahoe area rely on cool evening air and open windows for comfort — we completely understand how that might have felt inconvenient after a warm day out. We’re especially concerned to hear about the power outage and your experience trying to get assistance. We want to clarify that our 24/7 emergency line is staffed by our trained team members, and we didn’t receive any calls about an outage from you.
