Grand lac la maison idéale pour grande famille ou groupe. Maison est située sur 4 acres de terrain boisé sur le bord nord-ouest du lac de Broward. Belle quai w / véranda dans une zone de baignade clairement visible de la maison. Bonne lac pour la pêche et le canotage. Rampe de bateau privé et un grand parking. Lever vues et couchers de soleil ombragées. Côté sud de la maison dispose de 3 chambres (2 lits queen, 1 double) w / 1. 5 salles de bains. Centre a un salon w / cheminée et une cuisine complète. Côté nord a une grande suite studio (queen) avec une salle de bain complète (baignoire jacuzzi), 2e cuisine complète, salle à manger, et les meilleures vues. Grand air conditionné porche avec salle à manger le long de la maison arrière donnant sur le lac. Véranda niché entre les deux salles à manger. Quatre téléviseurs satellite. Lunette astronomique. Parfait pour accueillir les réunions et les grands rassemblements. Avec deux futons queen qui sont larges et confortables, la maison peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Hébergement: L'extrémité sud de la maison dispose de trois chambres (2 lits queen w / télévision par satellite et un lecteur de DVD, un lit double avec TV / magnétoscope) partageant une complète et une demi-bain. La section centrale de la maison dispose d'un salon avec TV satellite, lecteur DVD, une cuisine complète, et porche arrière clos. L'extrémité nord de la maison a une grande suite de style studio avec lit queen, TV satellite, lecteur DVD, salle de bain complète avec baignoire à jets, cuisine complète / bar avec salle à manger, porche arrière de l'écran, et ouvrez porche avec barbecue au gaz.

Services: Les deux cuisines sont entièrement équipées. Draps et serviettes sont fournis. Il ya une table de pique-nique dans la partie supérieure de l'arrière-cour, et un gril à gaz sur le côté nord (de l'avant). Il ya deux kayaks près de la plage de sable blanc zone de baignade, et il ya une véranda sur le quai. Il ya beaucoup de places de parking et une rampe de bateau privé. Internet sans fil est installé.

Informations générales: Ceci est un cadre champêtre de 4 acres, privé mais pas isolé, situé à seulement 2 miles au large de SR 17 à Pomona Park. Une grande épicerie et plusieurs bons restaurants sont à 10-20 minutes en voiture. Crescent Lake 'Bass capitale mondiale de l'' est de 10 miles au sud, avec rampe publique; à partir de là, Dunns Creek voie vous emmène à Saint- Johns River à Palatka. St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond et New Smyrna dans les 60 miles.

Great stay at the lake house!

Thank you for sharing your lake house with us. We had a great time. We went into the lake everyday. Our dogs & my grandson loved swimming in it. The guys did some fishing for the dock. The house was well stocked and accommodated us very well.

Great house for family!

We loved this house for our family Memorial Day weekend trip! The location is so quiet - which made mornings on the back porch overlooking the lake especially nice. The kids loved being so close to the water and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful lake, beautiful area - loved the house!

We have visited the lake house many times over the years. Its alway a great experience! Great house, the lake is perfect and the area is awesome. Ms. Beth always communicates everything we need and makes sure we have a great time.

Great stay in a beautiful location

We had five people, three generations in our group, from 87 to 22, and all were happy to be at the house. The setting on the lake and the incredible bird life were highlights. We used the kayaks to explore further around the shoreline. The kitchen was well-equipped. Having a decorated Christmas tree was an extra, welcomed bonus.

WEDDING WEEKEND

Housed my son's groomsmen for his wedding day. It's super close to the Ever After Wedding venue. Super relaxing environment on the lake. Boating and fishing and plenty of space. Property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home.

Great Family Vaycation!

We were 4 siblings celebrating our mother's birthday. There were 6 children in ages from 2-13, and 9 adults in this house, and we never felt on top of each other!! The property has beach-like access to the lake- great for the littler kids. The big kids spent all day kayaking on the lake. We had a photographer do our family portraits here, and the setting is complimented by everyone who sees them. We recommend this lake house highly!

Nice for family gatherings

This is a great property if your looking to fit a large family. Having access to the lake for fishing and kayaking was ideal. Beds were very comfortable. The home itself is outdated. Some of the appliances did not work and the tub jets were non functioning. Dock was falling apart and had lots of garbage thrown around. Overall for the price, the space, and the location this was ideal for our family and we would return.

Christmas on the Lake!

Beth was amazing to work with, very responsive and organized. She even inquired before our trip if she should leave the Christmas tree up for us to enjoy for our stay, which was very thoughtful. My parents, brother, and I (and my parents miniature australian shepherd) absolutely loved the home, lake, and location! There was something for everyone, great golf course not far in Palatka, we did a day trip to St. Augustine and checked out Juniper Springs in the Ocala National Forest. I also enjoyed that the house was under a half a mile from the Dunn Creek state forest entrance which was great for running and I saw a huge turtle one day! We took advantage of the kayaks as well, even my mother tried it out! We all really enjoyed our stay and the property. Thank you Beth for making our Christmas special this year!

Nice lakehouse

Beautiful and quiet location. This old lakehouse is perfect for larger groups if you don't mind that access to bathrooms is through the bedrooms, and as another reviewer said, if you are looking for the place where everything is brand new, this place is not for you. We spent the super chilly Christmas here but had fun. Two kitchens mean you have doubles of everything: 2 sets of dishes, 2 fridges & freezers, two stoves (gas & electric), 2 ovens (gas & convection) etc. There is a fireplace in the living room and a firepit outside by the lake. We enjoyed them both. Bring your own firewood. You can see sun rise over the lake from the back porch or even inside. We loved this place. Kids said they would like to live in this house. They thought kayaking was the best part of our stay.

Perfect getaway

My family spent a weekend here & we can’t wait to come back again. The house is so much bigger than we expected my son keeps referring to the house as the lake mansion! He really wants to come back, which says a lot coming from a city boy. You definitely will have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. They had every amenities we could have needed between the 2 kitchens. With it being an older house i was nervous it wouldn’t be very clean & it was perfect which is saying a lot coming from me. It’s very well kept. The hosts are wonderful to work with, Beth replies promptly & politely. We had one little plumbing problem while we were there & Beth was right on the ball & had someone out within a few hours to fix the problem. The outside of the house is also well kept & has plenty amenities. Our kiddos loved paddling out in the Jon boat & playing in the beach area with the kayaks. The reviews made me wonder about the dock but i am a big woman(300+ lbs) & the dock held up fine to me, it’s definitely older but it’s sturdy. Our only complaint would be the spiders & webs on the dock, it could use a good pressure wash or maybe some spider repellent but that’s something that is expected when in nature so it wasn’t a hinderance for us. I wish i could post photos with my review cause the property is beautiful! We saw deer, cranes, & so many different birds during our stay. It was such a nice getaway from city life. We will definitely be back again!

Weekend stay - November 2022

Upon our arrival our first impression was shock. We arrived to an open door, clothes hanging in the closet, tv was on, dirty clothes in closet bin. I texted Beth her response was Oh gosh, sorry about that. The building was not how it was advertised. The building is old and outdated as was inside. The grounds really need TLC. The boat dock was full of cobwebs, hornet nest. The kayaks were dirty and thrown about. The fishing rods were broke. Some lights outside were not working and the front door needs to be replaced. The locks were sketchy. Overall the place served its purpose but we would not return. The building storage shed needs to be removed it is unsafe. The house has alot of potential it has a beautiful view of the water it just needs a makeover update. The furniture was very old i don't think I would sleep on the couches. I had a hard time sleeping in the bed. The fence that was refrenced to loacate the propery, the white fence was very hard to find and the numbers were very hard to see.

Quiet lake house - good for large group, casual hang out

Positives - the lake was very quiet, good for kayaking, wildlife - lots of birds, flock of turkeys walked across backyard every morning to lake - fun to see. It was only 2 of us but could see how property would be good for large group with lots of beds and futons, nice to sit on back screened back porch and in kitchen w/ view of lake. We went to a couple of nearby parks - Dunn’s. Reek (great if you bring your own kayak) and Ravine Gardens, Silver Glen Springs. They have lots of books in house and well supplied kitchen. Privacy due to large lot. Owner is responsive. It just wasn’t quite what we were expecting based on the pictures. Cons - pictures must have been taken a few years ago, the screened in porch on dock has holes in screen and door doesn’t close - lots of bugs get in, dock overall not in very good shape. There’s an empty small house full of stuff on the property and an old yard trailer, old boat, burn pile but they’re off to side. The fire pit was flooded and there were 2x4’s and some other debris by the shore. We cleaned up a bunch of cans and plastic down there. As another reviewer said House could use an overall refresh but for a group hanging out at lake it would be fine. While we wouldn’t return to this specific rental but the area is nice. Would say large group looking for casual house to hang out on lake would enjoy this place.

Perfect for our family

We stayed at Beth's beautiful property for five weeks in March and April of 2025. We had a wonderful time. When we arrived Brandy, the house cleaner was there, and she welcomed us with open arms. The grounds were beautiful with azaleas, camelias. and wisteria in bloom. The house was clean and very arranged to accommodate all of our needs. We had a wonderful 5 weeks there. We had many guests coming in and out during our time. All of our guests were impressed with the lakehouse and the setting. We were happy that Beth allowed us to have guests during our stay. We enjoyed the fishing boat and kayaks that were there for our use. During the time there my husband and our guests caught enough bass to have a nice fish fry! The lake view alone is phenomenal. We also enjoyed all of the wildlife that we got to observe during our stay: ducks, egrets (including one that was hatched during our stay), turkeys, deer and more kept us constantly entertained.Beh was easy to communicate with and always receptive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a more gracious host. We are planning to come back next year.

Wonderful Florida Home

A lovely home right on the lake. We loved the quirky home, it had the feel of a Florida family home. It had plenty room, a well stocked kitchen, I did miss not having a griddle for pancakes, but everything else was great. The sun porch over looking the lake was our favorite sot. Morning coffee and evening cocktails. The fishing was great! The location perfect for day trips. Had a great time. Miss it already! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful home and lake!

We had an amazing time relaxing with friends and family. The lake was beautiful and the property provided an easy place to launch the boat. There is lots of wild life in the area that visited us. House was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. A big plus for the older members of our group!
