Beautiful Oasis on the Creek with Pool; 2 houses and backyard paradise

Come and stay at our oasis. Located in Satsuma, near both Crescent Lake and the St. Johns River. The main house is 1440 square feet, situated on 2 lots. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. There is a sitting room with a television and refrigerator attached. The sitting room is considered bedroom 2, the sofa pulls out into a double bed. There are doors separating the sitting room and master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bath. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The coffee maker is a Keurig. There are 2 islands with granite countertops for dining inside. The living room is very comfortable with a large TV. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

The bunk house has 5 single bunk beds, full kitchen and bath. This kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There is a Keurig in the bunk house also. Everything in both the main house and bunk house has been completely renovated. The backyard is somewhere you will not want to leave. Pool, huge fire pit, outdoor fireplace with seating, summer kitchen, gazebo with seating, hammocks, big green egg, 2 picnic tables. Above the 2 story boathouse is a large dining table and refrigerator. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. For the off the dock or just a quick drive to Crescent Lake or the St. Johns. The house is on a canal off of Dunns Creek and there are 2 boat houses. Three live bait tanks are located behind the bunk house, and a nice fish cleaning station. Georgia Boys is located one canal over for bait. There is also parking at the house for a boat trailer and several vehicles.

This home is a short drive to Crescent Beach, St. Augustine, Salt Springs or Juniper Springs. Orlando is about 2 hours away. There is a large nice grocery store within 20 min. There are also several good restaurants within 20 min.

Beautiful Backyard Oasis

This place was AMAZING! The backyard has everything you could possibly want, pool, fishing, plenty of hang out area! Bunk house was great for the kids- adult kids that is! The house is just as great with all the space in the kitchen and living room! I really can’t say enough to describe how fun, clean, stocked this place is! Don’t make plans because you won’t want to leave!

Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!!

The overall experience was great. The property was beautiful, with some cosmetic improvements that needed to be tended to. We didn’t have access to deck because it was under construction; however, my family enjoyed the backyard amenities. The pool was amazing, and just the right size for my family. The main house was spacious, and the second home on the property was super cute, and it offered additional space. There is a TV in the second home; however, it doesn’t have cable. I have AT&T, and my service was horrible there, unless I walked out in the front yard. Overall, I absolutely loved this place. I would refer my relatives/friends.

End of summer getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the backyard, played games, made s’mores, the guys went fishing and tubing. Just a great a family getaway overall. Felt like home away from home.

Family Vacation

We had a wedding to attend at Ever After Farms and Vineyard. The location was in perfect proximity to the venue. We had a great time on the patio and in the pool. We had a great cookout, and if the weather was better, we would have rented the pontoon boat! Great time. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place for a get away.

Each time we visit this property we meet locals and neighbors. They are friendly and we learn about places to fish or what the area was like 30 years ago. My spouse and I chose to have a peaceful week enjoying the pool and beautiful outdoor area this property has. The house is always clean

I could go on and on about this property, but I will just say the pics don’t do it justice and the reviews are spot on. Loved staying there. Owners were great and very communicative and attentive. We had an emergency and had to leave a day early, so that was a bummer but we can’t wait to go back.

Fishman’s Dream

We will definitely be back. It’s perfect for those who like to fish and for those who like to relax. Our day was spent in the creek fishing followed by home cooked meals then relaxing by outdoor fireplace. It was colder than usual for this time of year so the pool was chilly. Thank you for beautiful home.

What can I say about this place.... lt was the best vacation the family and I have had. It was very quiet and relaxing. You have everything you need there, pool, fishing, boat dock, grill and a bunk house for the young ones so the adults can have private time in the house!😁 If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay this is it. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Satsuma Sanctuary

This property was absolutely amazing to stay at. We stayed here for my wedding and was a perfect distance to the venue. There were many places for everyone to sleep and kitchen was good size to cook in. The backyard with pool, dock and seating area was a cherry on top. The rain stopped and sun came out for a little for us to get to enjoy the pool. Jackie was an amazing host and checked in on Friday morning to make sure we had everything we needed and check in was smooth. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to enjoy fishing and time with family.

The Creek/River House is always a wonderful experience for our family. We enjoy time in the pool and family meals together. The house has all the kitchen items you have at home. The Dunns Creek location let's you explore lots of the St John's River. They had a boat there to rent, but we had used George Boys because of a prearrangement. It you want to get away from work and everyday stresses this is the place to go. Very good experience!

Nice Stay with Something for Everyone

House and pool was nice, had all our kitchen needs for cooking. You can launch your boat one canal over at GA Boys for a $10 launch fee. Boat slip at the house was a big plus for our 19ft bay boat. Salt Springs is about an hour boat ride away. Kids will have fun catching tiny blue gills with worms (get at GA boys) at the dock. Kayaking was good down the canals, they are quiet and the main run was not too busy either. We ordered from Instacart (publix) twice, so that was very convenient. Plenty of space in the back, many options to lounge in the sun or in the shade.

Best Experience Ever

This was our favorite VRBO rental ever. We were blown at the fabulous amenities - pool, grill, bunk house for family and especially the boat slip with lift. So glad we got to enjoy it for a week! Everything was clean & the house had so many things an average rental doesn't normally stock. Ample kitchen items, airfryer oven, etc.. nice big showers and comfybeds. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing while celebrating my birthday. Perfect place. Jackie was such an incredible host who was always available to communicate if questions arose! We will definitely be back to stay at Creek House again!

Paradise

This property is AMAZING!! The pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice! It is like staying at a 4 star resort except you don’t have to share your amenities with a bunch of strangers! This was the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Me, my husband, our 4 kids (ranging in age from 14-3) and my mom and Dad all stayed here and it was plenty of room for all of us. The property owners are super nice as well and get back to you very quickly. As soon as I get the kids school calendar for next year I will be booking for our fall break again
