The Space:

THE SKINNY: This fabulous luxury 4 bedroom home is situated in the treasured heart of uptown historic St. Augustine, a wonderful extension of historic downtown St. Augustine. The home itself is steps from the legendary Fountain of Youth and the highly photographed oak canopy on Magnolia Street. The greatest attractions, restaurants and bars are at your fingertips. Rent our state of the art street-legal electric GOLF CART (please inquire for nightly rate) to zip around town or to the beach with ease, avoiding having to drive your car at all! You will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode laying by our sparkling POOL and HOT TUB SPA. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs throughout the day. The brand new kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Lounge outdoors on the peaceful shaded patio or light up the fire pit and grill for a fun night in! Grab some beach gear and head to sand, play some lawn games or relax on any floor while enjoying the ambiance we've carefully curated with portable speakers and Smart TVs. Now with 2 Xbox gaming systems - one in bunk bed room, another in the living room!



THE PROXIMITY: Most of my favorite local hot spots in this part of town are within a 5-10 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: "Smoked. Southern BBQ", Juniper Market, Sunday, Scoops, DOS coffee, Oddbirds Cafe, and walking down Magnolia Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes and oak canopy. Nearby attractions include the Fountain of Youth (also an excellent event venue for your wedding) and The Old Jail, plus the Red Train Trolley and the Old Towne Trolley both have pickup spots close by! To the east just a few minutes drive is Vilano Beach, an absolute gem of a beach location with an art deco themed grocery and shopping district. This home is drive-able within 35 minutes north to the best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping. To the south of St. Augustine is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with aquatic attraction Marineland (a great place to indulge in outdoor fun) as well as golf at The Hammock (another hot spot for golfers) and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 5 minutes from Publix grocery store.



THE SPACE: The home sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 4 twins (in bunk bed form). The 1st floor has an entire private king bedroom suite with its own mini fridge and coffee bar. The 2nd floor kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! The TV's have cable capability and are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.



THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 4/3.5 layout.

ELECTRIC GOLF CART: We are thrilled to offer this rare and highly coveted private amenity to you through this home and this home alone! Our electric golf cart can take you anywhere in a 20 mile radius with ease! Park your cars and head to the beach or dinner downtown or grab groceries without ever having to move your car again! The golf cart is equipped with extra space for beach gear or groceries and goes up to 30 mph. It is equipped with bluetooth wireless speakers and a smart interactive screen for cell phone hook up. Please inquire with us on nightly rate. Full payment for the golf cart and the rental home and a signed release waiver is required for the golf cart keys to be accessed.



OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.



PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway and graveled side yard for 4 cars. The garage is not available for parking.



LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer off of the kitchen. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just outside the door is historic uptown and downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated 5 min from Vilano Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.



TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage, ((EXCLUDES the golf cart)). You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Just a few minutes south is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block from there is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!



Getting Around:
