Brand New! Beautiful 3 Bedroom Kara Lake Townhouse! Close to all 30a!!

This new construction townhouse is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Kara Lake 198 is just a short drive to the beaches of 30a! On the main floor, you will find an open floor plan with a large living room, updated kitchen, small eating area, and a half bathroom. Down the hall you will find the master suite, complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The large master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The slider off the living room leads to a large screened in balcony with plenty of seating on the sectional couch. Take in the lake views while sipping some wine on the private balcony to wind down from a long day on the beach!

Downstairs, you will find the two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the second guest bedroom has two queens. The shared bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Ready to cool down? Take a short stroll over to the community pool overlooking the pond, and take a dip!

Great property!

The home is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and shopping. The lake view and screened in back patio were fantastic. I would stay at this property again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful Condo w/so many extra's provided

This condo was so gorgeous! My whole family loved it very much. The place completely blew the pictures provided out of the water! Plus they provided almost everything you could possibly need plus so many extras. Pretty much the only negative we came across was that, surprisingly, there was no handsoap provided anywhere in the condo that we could find, not even the little hotel bars of soap nobody likes, lol. But truly other than that, they really did provide everything you need and more and we were absolutely in love with this condo and so sad to leave!

Excellent property- but be aware of the “Kara lake police”

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful property in an amazing part of the world. We have a fantastic time here and visiting friends and family and some fantastic places. A hire car is recommended to get to see all the great places. The view over the lake is so peaceful and relaxing, however only one fountain was working so the picture on the website showing the view is not quite right. We noticed a hairdryer was not in the house, after emailing Gibson beach rentals, they had one with us within a few hours. Excellent service! The only downside was we did have a knock on the door a couple of times from residents- apparently we are unable to use the glorious weather to dry our beachwear and other washing. The resident was quite abrupt in making that known and told us there was a dryer in the house to use ( not all our items could be used in a dryer)!!The second time we had a knock on the door was when we had family visiting for a few hours. They made a point of coming down and telling us that the car they came in could not be left on the street overnight. This was never the case but it seems lots of busy bodies about! Another point to note is that you are unable to use the toilets/changing facilities at the pool and the pool is not heated so quite cool on a morning. But does warm up during the day. We would definitely stay here again now we are aware of the “Kara Lake Police”. It really has not spoilt our fantastic holiday.

June 2023 Stay

This new construction was everything the pics show and more! Everything was gorgeous, neat, and clean. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Surprisingly, there was also a swim kick board! I was going to buy one, but didn’t have to. We also love the awesome daily pass perks! I do not have anything negative to mention. We will definitely return! Gibson’s Beach Realty for the win!
