Seagrove Haven comfortably sleeps six guests and offers 2,000 square feet of indoor living space. It also has two large porches for outdoor dining or sunset chats.

◼️ The Upstairs Guest Room has a queen bed with a soft mattress. The shared access attached bath has a tub & shower combo and dual vanities.
◼️ Pack-N-Play style crib in the primary suite closet. The closet is dark and has an air vent. Many guests find it's the perfect place for a sleeping babe.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How far is your cottage from the beach? That depends on which beach and which path. The closest beach access is San Juan; if you use the Lily Lane trail (walking or biking only), it's 1.35 miles. If you choose to go by car, it's 2.8 miles down 395 to the Santa Clara Regional Access and a little closer to San Juan. Santa Clara is the more developed of the two accesses. It has showers, a bathroom, seasonal lifeguards, overflow parking north of 30A, and it's ADA accessible. It's also gorgeous! It often has a small sandbar with shallow waters and a wide stretch of sand.

(Note: You must cross 30A to get to the beach.)

How old do you have to be to rent? You must be 25 or older to rent our home.

Do you recommend renting a golf cart? Our guests have gone both ways and had a good experience. Personally, we like to drive a golf cart to the beach to keep the sand out of our car, and it’s also an easy ride to Publix to get groceries via the golf cart-friendly path from our neighborhood. Obviously, a golf cart is an added expense, and we do provide 4 complimentary beach bikes with the house. Some guests prefer biking or walking around the neighborhood and on the many trails offered, including one from our subdivision to the public access beach area. One guest even rented a bike cargo trailer to transport beach gear using our bikes. The bottom line: It depends on how you like to roll 😊

How far away is Seaside? The town center is about two and a half miles away. You can ride bikes through WaterColor to get to Seaside, which is a beautiful and fun ride. Our welcome guide includes a map of a shortcut that will save you several minutes when biking from our house to Seaside.

Do you provide pool towels/beach chairs? We offer four adult beach chairs, assorted toys, a beach cart, and a few pool towels. *However, inventory does vary throughout the season.* If you want to rent chairs, I can recommend vendors who service the Santa Clara access. Publix offers several affordable options if you want to purchase a beach umbrella.

Do you provide linens? Yes, we provide linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, washcloths, and pool towels.

Can I bring my dog? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. When searching for a property on VRBO, there is a radio button you can check to filter down the search to "pet-friendly" properties.

Blissful Week!
We had an amazing Spring Break here with our 3 young children. This was our second time staying in this neighborhood but our first in Noelle’s home. Noelle was an amazing hostess - she communicated thoroughly and was so accommodating and patient with my questions. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into making this home a respite for guests. Check in was seamless. To say this house is spotless is an understatement! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen - I was so tickled to find an instant pot! Dishes were super abundant and I loved that there was dish detergent, cleaner, and even laundry pods available for our use for the week. Beds were super comfortable and everyone slept amazing all week. Our one-year-old slept great in the walk-in closet in his pack n play (we brought ours but I love that they had one available there). One of the best surprises was the use of beach toys, chairs, and the umbrella! We intended to get beach set up all week, but it was so easy to bring chairs down on the golf cart (we rented with Noelle’s rec) that we opted to use what was available. The neighborhood is precious - quiet and calm and just close enough to the beach that it isn’t a burden. I could go on and on but I’ll just say that this was the best rental we’ve been in and we are no strangers to VRBO. Thanks Noelle for such a wonderful week - we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay
This was a great rental for us. We've stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it, and this house did not disappoint. The property manager/owner was nice and responsive which was helpful when planning the trip. The house had enough starter supplies to keep us going for most of the trip (toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.) Overall a great time!

Amazing stay!
I have rented many properties throughout FL and this one ranks at the very top. Everything about this house is absolutely lovely. The house was spotless and extremely well-maintained. The layout is beautiful. Beds extremely comfortable. We loved the loft sitting area (especially for the teens!) and the upper deck for coffee in the mornings. The nature trail was great for morning walks and easy access to the beach (approx 1 mile via the trail) by bike or walking. Pool area was incredible and my boys really enjoyed the pickleball courts. The owners were wonderful and communication was always prompt. Renting through the actual owners versus a management company makes a huge difference and this experience couldn't have been better. We will surely be back!

Seagrove Haven has four owners from one family: my husband, myself, and my parents. Currently, we all live among the rolling hills of Williamson County, Tennessee. While we love Tennessee, we also love the beach. We spend as much time as we can on 30A, but we can't spend every moment there, so we are beyond honored to be able to share our second home with you! We hope you create many warm memories at the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

1. The neighborhood stands out due to its exceptional location. Seagrove/NatureWalk is right in the middle of 30A! Our guests love that they can easily explore both the quieter western side and the bustling eastern side of 30A. And of course, they love being near Seaside but far enough away that there is respite from the noise and congestion.
2. The amenities! There aren't too many 30A neighborhoods of NatureWalk's size that offer resort-level amenities.
3. NatureWalk was built to respect the state forest. Fun fact: The NatureWalk bridge is the longest pile bridge (780 ft.) in the US.
