SUMMARY: This bright and spacious, TOP FLOOR, quiet street, four-bedroom, two full bathroom condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk on the north edge of Wildwood proper, 1 block from city landmarks Sam's Pizza & Santucci's Original Square Pizza. Perfect unit for larger families!
THE SPACE: 4 bedrooms (9 beds in total): Queen (x2), Full (x4), Twin (x2), Twin Cot (x1). Sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Central A/C & ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. The living room has a large sectional sofa and an armchair with extra on-floor seating cushions for family movie nights! Board games also provided. Cute balcony space with seating for ~4 to watch Friday night fireworks. Dining and kitchen seating for a total of 12 guests. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker, pots & pans, instapot, electric frying pan, cooking utensils, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer w/ ice maker, and microwave. In-unit washer & dryer. Free off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Wireless Internet, 4 TVs equipped with Roku for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO all provided. Condo is a short walk to Surfside Pier, North Wildwood Beach, Byrne Plaza, rental bikes & scooter, restaurants, ice cream, games, the best pizza spots on the island, and many other attractions!
IMPORTANT: Pillows ARE provided. Grocery stores & retail stores are located nearby for purchase of food & other essential goods. Beach gear, linens, sheets, & towels ARE NOT included. Guest must provide beach items, quilt/blankets, bedsheets, pillowcases or RENT them from Islands Best Rentals: https://www.islandsbestrentals.com/. Guest must provide their own trash bags, cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper & cloth products, and other consumable items.
NOTES/RULES: No smoking, no parties, no pets. If smoking (including vape and/or marijuana) or pets are detected and/or damage occurs within the home, or if there is any damage from smoking to the homeâs exterior spaces security deposit will not be refunded. The property has a SECURITY CAMERA located in stairwell facing the front door and entry stairwell: Falsified reservations are subject to eviction without refund. Inspect the unit for damage or missing advertised items upon arrival, photograph & report damage immediately. Please report any breakdowns or mechanical failures so that they may repaired in a timely manner. Refunds for such failures will not be issued. Efforts will be made to complete repairs by week's end but not guaranteed. Key lockbox and garage keypad code will be provided shortly before check-in. Return keys to the lockbox and spare keys to the refrigerator door hook at check-out. Remove all belongings, food from cabinets/counters/refrigerator/freezer, and kitchen/bathroom trash before check-out. Bring trash/recycling to outside to bins and bins to curb for waste collection on Wednesday and Saturday morning (also posted on refrigerator). Wash, clean, and place all dishware in their respective cabinets. Check in around 3:00pm Saturday. Check out promptly at 10:00am Saturday. HOA Quiet Hours: 10pm to 10am. DO NOT LEAVE ELECTRIC OR WATER APPLIANCES IN USE WITHOUT SUPERVISION (i.e., dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, toaster). No food or drink in bedrooms. Do not stand on balcony furniture. Do not stand on the top bunk bed; stay clear of the ceiling fans. No candles or open flames of any kind. Guests are responsible for damage or loss to house or contents, beyond normal wear and tear. If the home is deemed to be in a poor condition and unavailable to rent for an incoming reservation, lost payout will be charged to the guest. Rearranging furniture or decoration is not permitted. Thermostat must be set no lower than 68 degrees (to avoid unit malfunction) and set at 80 degrees at check-out (with fan set to AUTO). Owners are not responsible for power outages caused by inclement weather.
