This was our second spring break trip to Beaver Creek and this house on Holden. Everything was spectacular with the house- the well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of space for three families to spread out. The kids loved the pool table and the movie room… the parents loved the main living room space to visit in peace.The new Keurig combo cup/pot machine was a nice touch this year… big hit in the mornings!Thanks Edward, everything was wonderful once again!

Wonderful property for family ski vacation

Our first time out of the village proper but found this location breathtaking. The view outside the back deck's is awesome. The house easily handled the 10 of us and is well supplied. We had a terrific time.

Perfect for large groups

We had the best time! This house was great and perfect for 6 couples. We loved the living spaces and shuttle to slopes was super easy. We wil definitely be back!

Perfect Multi-Family Spring Break

This property was as advertised! We loved that three families had, in essence , their own spaces, but had a great kitchen, den, movie (sports), and pool rooms for all families to spend time together! Ed was a great host and very responsive to any requests! We will definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

Fantastic home with lots of space! Great location right on the bus route and easy access to all areas in the mountain. Ed was easy to work with and very accommodating. Would it hesitate to stay again!

Familiy Ski Vacay

The host was great, and house worked for 8 adults and five teenagers. The house is MUCH nicer than the photos reveal in both space and comfort. We will be back!

Fantastic house for a group

Three generations of our family spent a week at this fantastic house. Well appointed with everything you could want. Beautiful views. Incredibly easy access to slopes, shops and other experiences. Our host was gracious, accessible and very helpful. We’re already talking about our return visit.

Phenomenal Stay!

This house is really spectacular! We easily accommodated three families (6 adults, 8 kids) and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool table and the movie room were a hit with the kids, and having two refrigerators and dishwashers was a hit with the parents. The proximity to the village and the slopes is fantastic, especially with the Village Connect system. Edward was very responsive and we couldn't be more pleased with the management of the property and communication about our stay. We've already booked again for next year and can't wait to come back!

Amazing

This is a wonderful home in a beautiful and convenient location. We needed 7 bedrooms for our family, and this worked great for us. The beds were comfortable and the entire home well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The shuttle service was great too! We hope to be back!

Spring Break W/ Friends and Family

We had 12 people in the house for spring break. 3 couples and 6 teenage boys. The house was great and provided lots of space so that we weren’t on top of each other. The kids took full advantage of the media room and the pool table. All in all great week of skiing and time with friends. We would happily return to this house.

Winter Wonderland

This property was as advertised! Ed was a great host and responded to all questions! Book this house, it is AWESOME! 10 adults (2 families of 5 with all adults kids) stayed between Christmas and New Years. The Christmas tree was up! With all the bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space. There is a big mud room to drop all the ski stuff. The kitchen was FULLY stocked! We only ate out 1 night and a few days on the mountain while skiing, but the rest of the meals we cooked at home and had the best time hanging out. A lot of pool was played! The shuttle was so nice, it picks you up at the drive way! The views are great! We would 100% stay at this property again! Do not hesitate to book it!

Cozy home with gorgeous views!

If you're wavering on whether to book this place or not - BOOK IT! It is the perfect location up the hill in Beaver Creek Resort. There is a shuttle through the Village Connect app that you can request and picks you up in the driveway to take you into town to all the slopes/shops/restaurants. Vail is only a 15 min drive/bus away as well. The house is GORGEOUS, we had 12 people with a mix of adults, teens, kids and a baby and there was something for everyone. We were able to utilize the high chair and packnplay provided in the house as well which was VERY nice to not have to check another big item along with our skis/boards. There is plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or to all come together and have dinner and hang out in the hot tub on your balcony overlooking the slopes. The rooms are incredible, each one has its own bathroom with heated floors. The kitchen has everything you need as well. This house is well equipped to entertain your guests and again, the location can't be beat. Ed was very awesome with anything I needed help with through text as well, he helped us get set up with a ski butler and helped us navigate any other questions we had! I really can't say enough great things about this property and our stay, it was literally perfect.
