Beachfront with 3 private spaces on one property

Joya del Mar is a beachfront home in Maya Beach, with a great location on the Placencia Peninsula. When you rent the whole property, you not only have a comfortable 1-bedroom main residence, but two additional private spaces with their own outdoor entrances. So it's great for three couples traveling together, or for families with older kids who can be on their own overnight. Use the full kitchen and living room of the main residence when you want to be together, but enjoy your privacy overnight.

The Main Residence has a large king bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and balcony. The smaller Upper Suite has a queen bedroom, bathroom, small living room, small kitchenette and a large balcony as well. The Junior Room is simple and small – a queen sleeping space with a basic kitchenette and its own bathroom.
Having separate entrances and with open railings, the Upper Suite is not suitable for kids but it's perfect older children or adults.

Sometimes we are asked whether the three separate units can be rented individually. And the answer is, sometimes yes!

If you have fewer than 6 people, we may be able to do a combination of just the Main Residence and Upper suite. We would then offer the Junior Room to a third party as a standalone room.

If you are traveling alone or as a couple, you can check with us about the possibility of renting just one of the three units (either the Main Residence, the Upper Suite, or the Junior Room). In that case, there would be other guests sharing the property and using the other units. Contact us to find out whether we can offer that on the dates you are requesting.
