Really Nice

Just what was needed, super nice, extremely clean, easiest vacation rental I've ever done. The location can not be beat, just secluded enough, yet close to everything needed. We will be coming back to this property again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The space was spotless on arrival—clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. You truly can't beat the location; it’s right on the beach with easy, direct access, making it perfect for sunrise walks or a quick dip in the ocean. Everything from check-in to communication with the host was smooth and accurate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free beach getaway.

Amazing Property

Beautiful condo! Spacious, clean, well-stocked. Easy access to private beach with umbrella and tent service. Nothing like waking up and having your coffee on the porch looking out at the ocean. We would LOVE to stay here again!

Great gulf front property! Quiet, but close to everything. Condo was roomy and a great setup for 2 families sharing the unit.

Beach Family Vacation

We love Sugar dunes. We first stayed there in 1990. We are so excited to get to bring our grandchildren to Sugar Dunes with us this time. It is a special place to our family. We loved the cleanliness, the decor, the location and everything about unit 5. Thank you for keeping it such a special place!!!

Everything was excellent. The only complaint was regarding stained and dingy linens, but we took care of that ourselves and had no more issues.

Family vacation

We spent a week with family (my husband and myself, our 8 year old, 5 year old, and 9 month old boys, along with two grandmothers). We had a wonderful trip and this condo was perfect! This was our second year staying at this place and we will be back, hopefully every summer! The location on the beach is perfect and it is easy to walk back and forth to the beach. The condo was exactly the size/space we needed and everyone had plenty of room. Thanks for a great family trip!

Happy place!

This is the second year me, my daughter and two adult grandchildren have rented at Sugar Dunes on Santa Rosa Beach. The Unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Walking down a few steps to the sand and water is awesome, especially for me since I am elderly. We will rent this again next year. Highly recommend Sugar Dunes at Santa Rosa Beach.

Wonderful

While we had an unfortunate incident with the air conditioner, the property manager took care of it by having a new unit installed. We did not let this put a damper on our 3 weeks there. The condo is amazing, clean and comfortable. I would rent again for sure!

Steps to the sand

We had a fantastic time staying at Seagrove beach. The condo was perfect for 2 families (each with 2 young kids). The best part is direct beach access down a staircase from the patio. Amazing views while sitting on the patio chairs watching for dolphins or enjoying a cocktail. The sand here is the best in the world - soft and white. There were a few puzzles, novels, adn sand toys for our use. Great kitchen and a fun bunk room for the kids. We hope to come back again!

It’s located at the back of a small neighborhood......felt private and traffic was minimal.
