Peaceful Country Home Nestled in the Woods

The house has a large combined kitchen and living room area and two bedrooms and two bathrooms available for guests. The kitchen is large and spacious and allows for easily cooking meals. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Two covered porches the entire length of the house allow you to enjoy the outdoors while eating or just having a drink. A charcoal grill and outdoor dining furniture are provided as well as a fire pit.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom (en suite) with a large tiled shower area and a double sink vanity. The second bathroom has a tub with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed.

Need to do laundry? No problem. There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen with a new washer and dryer. Detergent is supplied for two loads of laundry.

Tired of staying inside? Take a stress-relieving walk on the fully-fenced five acres.

The entire house was renovated in 2021 including but not limited to:
1. New interior and exterior paint including trim, kitchen cabinets, and ceilings.
2. New quartz kitchen countertops.
3. New faucets and light fixtures.
4. New master bathroom vanity.
5. New furniture in one room and new outdoor furniture.
6. New shades in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The kitchen is great for cooking with a large island and many new small appliances including an excellent coffee maker, a blender, and a versatile toaster oven/air fryer. A water softener along with a reverse-osmosis filter produces great tasting water for your coffee, tea, cooking, and drinking.

Water is provided from an on-site private well. The water is softened and further filtered for drinking. Wastewater is processed by an on-site septic system.

The property has two queen beds and a cot. Guests can also sleep on the couch in the living room which can accommodate one (1) adult and one (1) child.
