Great Beach Getaway

The realtor was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our time despite bad weather. We are planning on returning next year.

The property is on a beach that has very little traffic!! The house was as advertised, pretty clean, laid out well and good for pets as long as they don’t mind some steps! The pool had a leak but did not stop us from enjoying it! The appliances all worked but we typically bring our own pans, air fryer and coffee maker. I would recommend this property!

Watersong is incredible! Right on the beach, a nice size pool and the house was great. Never any crowds, it was pure rest and relaxation with the family. The house actually has beach chairs and a few water toys, very well stocked and a gas grill. We cooked every day except for one visit to downtown Port. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Watersong is on a very quiet area of the beach. The home is outfitted with everything. Come to the beach, hang out on the deck, around the pool or toes in the sand. Bring your meals and never leave! Welcome to paradise! Be Our Guest!

Watersong is a wonderful gulf front property with a private pool setting directly on Money Beach just west of Indian Pass. This location is ideal to enjoy the easy access to both Port St Joe, Indian Pass and Appalachicola. We love the gulf views from the decks and this home comes with everything you will need to enjoy a family beach vacation. Be Our Guest again soon!

Memorial Week getaway

Great getaway for 7 friends. We played on the beach, cooked a bit, and toured around the area. The house was comfortable with great views, nice balconies, and the cooking basics.

Great place to stay!

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The beach feels private and is only steps away. We enjoyed being able to sit on the back deck and enjoy the beach view and the sunset. The host provided us everything we needed for our vacation and I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing at Indian Pass

We rented for February, 25. Total peace & quiet, relaxing & fun! Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, & Apalachicola all very close. Had a great time.

Beautiful private access beach

Great location with amazing views

This place is amazing. Great location right on the beach. Pool is just right. I have only great things to say about this property except the upstairs AC. We are very hot natured and the upstairs AC will only go down to 69 which to most is fine. We let my 9 year old son and elderly in-laws stay upstairs. The main level AC was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

No high rises or crowds of people. I would suggest a large grater for the kitchen, another coffee pot as the one there did not keep the coffee warm. Found a few pieces of trash tucked away in the bedside tables. Other than that, it was perfect!!

The location is great, not overly-populated, other beach-goers were courteous and quiet. We only experienced a few minor maintenance issues, a smoke alarm battery chirp and a few towel holders not installed correctly. Other than that, the house was clean and very nice for us.

July 4th Family Vacation

The house location was ideal not too far from Port St Joe and close to the general store and Indian Pass restaurant. Family loved having the pool so extra bonus. In addition, the beaches were not crowed at all despite being a holiday weekend, a real plus! House was very clean, fully equipped and met all our needs. Be Our Guest were very easy to work with. Even greeted us with a bouquet of flowers.

Another awesome year

We love this home. The beach is amazing and we have the perfect amount of beds for our two families. The only issues are with the pool, which we paid to have heated, was not warm enough. We were not made aware at the time of payment that the heating will only make the water 10 degrees warmer than the air - which is a big deal. Also the dresser in the first master smells of mildew which got in our clothes. Otherwise this spot is incredible for families.

Jamie, thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure why the 85 degree water temp was not sufficient for the pool? If you like it hotter, we have homes with hot tubs! We checked the dresser, it smells like a dresser (wood). Given your clothing smelled like mildew, I must conclude it was your clothing was the source of the odor? This is an incredible location for families and groups to gather. Watersong is thoughtfully decorated and generously stocked. Be Our Guest again soon!

We saw dolphins a few times out in the distance! The pool was absolutely needed since the seaweed was bad in the ocean. The house accommodated all of our wants and needs! Only downfall is that you had to drive 10-15 minutes to the closest grocery or liquor store. Also, the fishing wasn’t the best for the fishermen in our group. The hostess was absolutely friendly and a hoot to work with! Would definitely stay in this house again!
