Steamboat Dream Vacation welcomes you to our charming two-story, top floor, corner unit condo with great views of the Ski Area. Enjoy the central location of this unit within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The ski area is less than a 5 minute ride to the base. Downtown Steamboat is also only a 5 minute ride away. Both are accessible via the FREE public bus system that picks up right outside the complex!

As you enter the unit you are welcomed into the living room and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and a quaint balcony facing the mountain. The interior of this condo feels bright and cheerful with modern finishes and accent walls. The kitchen is well designed with plenty of storage and counter space, perfect for enjoying making meals. The master bedroom with queen bed, bath, and washer/dryer room are also located on this level. There is a door to the staircase bringing you to the second level bedroom with a twin trundle bed and queen bed. This closed-off loft-style space has plenty of room for 4 guests and includes its own full bathroom. The best part of this complex is the shared hot tubs that will have everyone slipping into relaxation mode in no time.

Guests will be spoiled with a stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants mere steps from their front door. Let the free public bus system whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. Hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls will give each guest their fill of natural beauty and the kids will have a blast at Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park. Don't forget to check out Yampa River Botanic Park offering beautiful paths and concerts in the summer!

Security deposit policy

A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
