The Space:

Soft mountain light drifts through the windows as the hum of Waikiki settles into the background. From your high-floor lanai, city skyline and mountain views stretch out in easy contrast - unhurried mornings with coffee in hand, quiet evenings watching the sky shift. The beach is a short walk away, and when you're ready to come back, your elevated retreat is waiting.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, separated from the living area by a sliding panel door for added privacy. A pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates additional guests, bringing the total to four. Room-darkening shades and cotton linens support restful nights, and a closet with hangers keeps your belongings organized throughout your stay.



Indoor living

The air-conditioned living space centers around a comfortable seating area with a 55-inch HDTV with standard cable. A kitchen countertop bar with seating for three is ideal for casual meals or conversation. Fast wifi at 215 Mbps keeps streaming, video calls, and remote work running smoothly, with an ethernet connection available as an alternative. A private entrance makes every arrival feel seamless.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. Appliances include a Whirlpool refrigerator, Kenmore electric stove, GE stainless steel single oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice maker, blender, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet round out the setup. A dining table offers a comfortable spot to share meals at home.



Bathroom

The full bathroom includes a tub-shower combination and comes stocked with towels, hair dryer, cleaning products, and toiletries including Essentiel Elements bathe shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Extra pillows, blankets, and additional linens are available for longer stays. An iron is also provided.



Outdoor living and shared amenities

Step out onto your private lanai, furnished for relaxed outdoor moments with outdoor furniture and space for outdoor dining. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, and beach blanket - are included, with shared beach access nearby. Sun loungers are available, along with a shared electric BBQ grill. The building also features a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tubs (open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, available all year), and a shared sauna - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



Convenience and building features

Free parking for one vehicle is available in the on-site parking garage. The building offers an elevator, EV charger (Level 2, 220V), and paid washer and dryer. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrivals simple, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free resort access is included with your stay. The home is single-level with no interior stairs, and an outdoor playground is available for younger guests.

Appreciated amenities such as amenities starter pack, coffee maker, massage chair, and rice cooker. Quiet neighborhood at night. Easy walking to everywhere. Suggestions for improvement: upgrade beach umbrella, toilet area needs deep cleaning, and a pair of scissors would be handy because you always need a pair of scissors on vacation.

Solid, no big complaints

This is a decent spot, very clean, very good location away from the craziness of central Waikiki while still close to the beach. The size of the unit and the sliding doors to the bedroom mean that (for a family traveling with a baby) it functions more like a studio apartment than a one-bedroom (ie, you can't really watch TV after you put the kid to bed). It was also missing a few things you'd hope to have for a 2-week stay (eg, scissors, maybe some packs of detergent for the washing machine, rather than the tins of paint that we found under the bathroom sink) that we had to buy ourselves instead. I wouldn't recommend having more than 2 people staying here, but it's a pretty solid spot overall.

Our first time in Hawaii

The place was ok. The unit was outdated and could of used some TLC..especially because they are renting it out. We got there a day late due to a flight delay and we received a text the day of we were suppose to check in at 8 PM, saying that our sink was clogged? I called and spoke to an outsource employee in the Philippines and was assured that they would fix it before we got there. Well, we arrived and no one had made it to the unit to fix it. I went to the office and explained that we received the notice yesterday, which they were aware, and no one went to fix it. I insisted they have someone fix it immediately since this is not what we paid for. They agreed and had a handy man come to take a look. Found out that it was a bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal from the previous renters. Quick fix. I told them I wanted to be compensated for the sink not working in the unit while it was rented to me and Chris the Manager said he would credit me $100.00 back. I felt since they did not fix it at the time I was to arrive their, they should of credited back the entire day, not just $100.00. They also gave me a $15.00 Starbucks card and a box of Hawaiian chocolates. I thought that was a nice gesture. The bath tub in the unit was very old and they put some kind of green putty patch in the bathtub which was not attractive at all. I did send them pictures of the bathtub and the faucets, which were gross, and they replied by saying that the bathtub was schedule to be replaced this month. They never disclosed this when I rented it. Not cool! One of the elevators in the building didn't work so we had to wait longer wait times to get off the 23rd floor. Also, One night we were sleeping and a emergency alarm in the entire building went off telling us to evacuate the building and don't use the elevators? We grabbed the bare minimum and hurried down the stairs frighten and confused. When we got to the 1st floor from the 23rd floor we were alerted on a speaker that we could go back to our units. No explanation, nothing at all, not even the next day? No notification of what went on. The first day we checked in, there was some construction work going on in another unit just above ours. You could here the loud sounds of tools hammering and sawing. I was not happy. I asked the Manager to please have them stop, and he replied saying that they dis not own the unit being worked on and he could not tell him to stop between the hours of 9-5PM.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property, we appreciate the feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the sink. We are a small property management service and we have limited staff for the maintenance team, and had an emergency in another unit that needed to be urgently dealt with that morning. We have three employees in the Philippines who help with customer service when our office is closed, so we can answer people at all hours, which is who you spoke with initially. We sent someone as soon as we could, and the sink was unclogged quickly and efficiently. We tried our best to compensate accordingly for the inconvenience, however, we have a responsibility to the owners of the unit that we manage, and could not refund more than that, especially since it was such a quick fix. We apologize for the bathtub as well, we are working to replace it. We also apologize regarding the building issues. We unfortunately have no control over their emergency alarm, elevators, or other units that are not owned or managed by us, and who are doing their personal renovations. The building does have quiet hours, and workers are not allowed to work during the night. We're glad you enjoyed the gift card and chocolates, we want all our guests to feel welcome here. Overall, we hope you had a nice vacation, and were able to enjoy the island.
