And for winter enthusiasts, there’s ice hockey on the lake or snowmobiling in the snowmobile capital of Colorado.

· Coffee: Start your day right with the provided Keurig, offering coffee, teas, and hot chocolate.

· Convenience: Keyless entry ensures security, and an in-unit washer and dryer (with included detergent) add to your comfort.

· Parking: You’ll have one private garage spot, and the Navatiee Wagon is available to assist with moving your belongings. Kindly return to the same spot when you leave.

· Extras: We’ve thought of everything! Enjoy a Pack N Play, games, puzzles, 2 folding chairs for the lake, essential linens, towels, and disposables. Your stay will be exceptional!

Special Note: Our accommodation does not have air conditioning, which is common in mountain properties. However, we’ve provided a ceiling fan and a portable fan to keep you comfortable on warm days.
