Peaceful and calm

The property was perfect for us. There were four of us. My husband and I as well as two kids aged 11 and 12. The property was peaceful and calm, close to town and had everything we needed.

Great view! not clean!

The property has a beautiful setting on the river! The fact it did not have air conditioning was a factor the first 2 nights of our stay. There was a box fan in the closet but the cord had been cut. We would have prefered the place to be cleaned better

Beautiful views

Property was as listed and had an amazing view of the rapids. So relaxing. Walking distance to food and the lake. We watched deer cross the rapids in the evening.

Lovely Riverfront Condo in Grand Lake

This condo was perfect for us. It was just the right size for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we loved just sitting by the river taking in the sights and sounds. The walk into town is a very short distance. The condo was clean and quiet. Truly the perfect get away. I highly recommend this "Riverfront Gem".

Location, location, location!!!

This VRBO is located perfectly at the end of the main strip in Grand Lake! You could walk to anywhere you needed to go downtown. It is nestled right along the river. They had plenty of comfortable seating for you to sit out and enjoy your coffee whether morning and/or night. Even though it was so close to town and positioned between two restaurants you still were able to experience peace and quiet and not too much noice from all the hustle and bustle. The inside had all the basic necessities that one would need for their stay. I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area to choose this VRBO.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly as described. My only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working. It was Late August was cool nights. It would’ve been wonderful to enjoy A fire in the evenings.

Two Night Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We needed a few items and emailed Evolve and the items were hand delivered in a matter of minutes. The creek was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails by the creek.

Great location and Loved the creek!

The property was as described, and the location was perfect. It is very close to downtown with local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed sitting by the beautiful creek, listening to the water, and reading a book!

Family vacation

We all just loved this condo. The view of the river was spectacular,the water was still high. There was plenty of room and the kitchen very well stocked and clean. The location is perfect for walking distance into the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!

We had a great time the heat in the main floor never seemed to turn on. A litttle chilly downstairs the whole time. We won a raffles and had some extra garbage after the fishing tournament that we couldn’t take home sorry if there was an absence of trash great place. Had a great time will use you again! Thank you so much !

Very nice.

Very nice. Kind of pricey but hey you get what you pay for! Wonderful location, RIGHT on the rapids (creek side). Very responsive when a few things needed their attention.

Great place but dirty

The stay itself was nice. Very spacious and love the outdoor look. Only thing I had an issue with was when we arrived the place was not cleaned as promised. I had to sweep the floors, clean the appliances that had sticky grease on them, put liners in trash cans, and throw out expired food that was left over from previous tenants. Also the door to connect the units to the front did not lock nor was locked so anyone could walk in. I tried to message the person (Tina Holland) about asking for a partial refund since i was promised before I arrived the unit would be cleaned. I had to clean the unit and didn’t hear back after that message. I hope evolve sees this and contacts me to resolve this issue.

The location of this condo was perfect. It was within walking distance to town. The condo itself was in a perfect location sitting right next to the falls and a short driving distance to RMNP.

Off Season in Grand Lake

Loved it! The condo was very nice ... comfy and clean. Close enough to town to walk to the restaurants that were open. Loved the rapids and our walks through the neighborhood. Since it wasn't busy, local shop owners had time to chat and bring us up to date. We learned that, until the road/pass to Estes is cleared, this is considered off season and that's why a number of places were closed. They also call it mud season but we found hikes that were just fine. And, saw lots of moose.

Beautiful Rapids

We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The view and sound of the rapids was our favorite. We enjoyed walking around in Grand Lake nightly and the small town feel of this area.

Beautiful location and stay but could use some updates

We found some of the condo to be less clean then expected. The sheets smelled a bit musty. The pull out couch still has plastic on the mattress and the sheet often came off so we were sleeping on the plastic. We were short some towels and although the contact was quick to call back, I was asked to send photos as examples. I did not hear back until the following day that more towels would be dropped off. We appreciate the response but felt it odd that we had to send “proof” photos and that communication stopped after providing photos. The water heater allowed for a shower and a half at most and the wait time before more hot water was fairly long. Maybe something to be noted. Suggestions for better comfort would be better quality sheets and towels, USB ports, improved water heater. Overall the description was accurate and the location and space was beautiful and comfortable. The shortage of towels was addressed and we had a wonderful stay.

Birthday and Mother's Day

My wife's 50th birthday and Mother's Day were 2 days apart this weekend, so I decided to take her to Grand Lake for a long weekend get away. This property was awesome. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Grand Lake boardwalk area. Wonderful rushing stream or river right outside our front door. The property was roomy and clean and sat right next to the Rapids Lodge. We were within walking distance of Adams Falls, as well as the lake at Grand Lake. And just up the road on Hwy 34 you could enter Rocky Mountain National Park. Only slight downside to the property was the bed, which needed to be much firmer for us to be really comfortable.

Convenient and Comfy

Everything was easy … from renting on vrbo to getting to and into the condo. Communication was great. Loved the rapids. The location is convenient/walking distance to town and close to both RMNP and some great local hiking trails. The condo was clean, comfy and we had everything we needed.
