Entire Cabin with Lake Tahoe View in Stateline, NV
Our Tahoe Style cabin has a fantastic view onto Lake Tahoe from the living room and from all three bedrooms. The former has a vaulted open wood beam ceiling with huge windows to bring the lake right into the home. Kitchen is completely remodeled with granite counter tops. A second living room features a gas-log fireplace and new stone hearth. It sleeps 8.
Just minutes from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and Village, our beautiful home is the perfect ski lease or summer rental for your family.
Guest access
There are 3 free designated parking spots.
Access to the house during the Winter:
During snow season, from October through April, you may need a four-wheel drive to access the property: the final curve (left turn) just before Laurel Circle is sharp and steep. It is plowed (in case of snow) and drive-able year-round, however during and just after a heavy snow storm, these services can be overwhelmed and delayed. In addition, when it keeps snowing the road may be slippery again shortly after they intervened. Therefore, snow chains (not just cable chains) are a must, and a four-wheel drive may be required. None of this applies if it hasnât snowed for a while. Itâs a good idea to check the weather just before your trip.

Douglas County has new guidelines that we must all comply with:
The max number of occupants is eight
The max number of vehicles is three
Notice that the renter will be issued a parking permit which must be on display on the driverâs side dashboard of each vehicle; âFailure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and
fine of $500â;
Trash and Refuse must not be stored on the exterior of the property except in the Bear Box
All residential vacation home rentals shall comply with the following standard:
The minimum age to rent a vacation home rental is twenty-five (25) years. Owners shall require a copy of the renterâs driverâs license as proof of eligibility
to rent. Owners shall retain this information as part of the application for two
years.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
