You will have a great stay at the Guesthouse in Spokane!! The large garage is great for kids to burn energy and for adults to hang out. All of the beds are comfy and cozy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with clean utensils and appliances ready to use! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home in Spokane, this is the spot for you!

This was such a beautiful and welcoming home. Only about 10 minutes to downtown. We loved the playroom, the back yard, and all of the home. I can’t say enough good things about this property. You won’t regret it!!

Our family had a great experience here. The game room/garage was epic for the kids and the house was super comfy and clean! Definitely felt more like a hotel than a vrbo. We will definitely look to stay here again

Great horse weekend stay

Our group of 4 was down in Spokane for a horse show. Property was perfect for the 4 of us and offered plenty of room. Beds so comfy and kitchen well stocked. Bonus that it was close to the show venue so that was amazing.

Another lovely visit!

This is our second stay, and once again everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. Rowena provides excellent communication and check in/out was seamless. We spent our evenings playing in the game-garage, excellent for kids of all ages. Our record for the basketball toss was 66 if anyone wants to top it!

Great location, perfect for our annual Memorial Day Weekend grave decorating trip to Eastern WA

House was perfect, a nice place to relax after a long road trip. Backyard was an oasis with the perfect layout for a large family meal.

Wonderful stay!

This was a fantastic stay for my friend and I with our 3 teens in Spokane for sports. The house was perfect - clean, so many fun things to do (that game room is Amazing), fun camp fire at night and the sauna was so relaxing! We will be back!

Everything was perfect

We have stayed in rentals all over the US and this was one of the best from the entire booking process to check out. House has everything needed and then some not a house that you show up and there is half a roll for toilet paper and nothing in the kitchen. We will most definitely be renting again as my grandchildren have recently move to Spokane and we will be here multiple times a year. Thanks!

Very nice, worked well for our party of 6. Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and visiting with the animals (cows and horses)!! The horses love apple slices! Had everything we needed for cooking, except a cake pan, but we made do and got some disposable pans so all was good!!

Quiet, cozy and relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property owners have thought of every detail you need to make your stay feel like home away from home. The fire pit in the evening is a great way to relax, and the neighboring property has a lot of animals that we enjoyed watching. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.

Fantastic Property

Property is as advertised. Great for families with children. Home was well stocked with anything you might need and is only 15 minutes from downtown Spokane. Will be staying there again next year.

Car show getaway

Brought car to the speed and custom show. Loved the location. Enjoyed the privacy of the home and its surroundings. Would definitely stay again! Everything was perfect, very clean and very comfortable beds. Beautiful place!

Great Stay

We were attending a weekend family reunion at nearby Clear lake and were looking for a house for the 7 of us. The Guest house was perfect, Beds for all and space to spread out and relax after days spent at the lake. House seems to be nearly brand new, was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Long Weekend in Spokane

We have stayed at many vacation rentals in the western US, and a few countries in Europe. The Guesthouse Spokane is one of the nicest vacation homes we have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful and the home is well built with thoughtful touches. We will stay here again the next time we are in Spokane.

Beautiful Guesthouse

Three of us were in town for an anniversary party and this was a perfect house. It is in a very quiet area and Rowena was a very attentive host, but not invasive. She pays attention to little details and pampers her guests. Next time we are in Spokane, if this house is available, we will definitely stay again!

Getaway weekend

The Guesthouse was fantastic for our getaway! Very clean, accommodating, and not too far from shopping or restaurants. We had 5 kids traveling with us, so the game room was perfect! The farm neighbor farm animals were fun to watch. I would highly recommend this place. What a great property to spend the weekend.

Shop/game room a hit

The shop/game room (a huge garage) was a huge hit for the grandsons. It is the main reason we rented this property. While at first I felt it was going to be too far out, it really isn't. It's very easy to access and we never got on the freeway! We enjoyed watching the farm animals in the backyard. A very peaceful location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Due to severe allergies, we do not allow any pets in the Guesthouse. Thank you for understanding.
The entire Guesthouse has central heat and air conditioning. The Shop/garage does have electric garage heaters and an industrial wall fan but no air-conditioning. It stays cool during summer days with the fan and garage doors open to allow breeze from outside to come in.
Guests will need to walk through the basement bedroom to get to the sauna and to the laundry room.
The cleaning and utility closets in the basement are for the owner’s use and locked.
