Trois chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain, emplacement parfait!

Belle 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain unité inférieure avec un garage simple dans un petit complexe de 16 unités.

Emplacement magnifiquement paysagé et arboré dans la ville historique Crystal Bay sur la rive nord du lac Tahoe à seulement quelques pas du lac, des casinos, des restaurants et de la randonnée. Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak, et Northstar sont moins de 20 minutes.

Il ya une cuisine spacieuse avec des comptoirs en granit et de beaux appareils. Chambre de maître avec un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets. Les deux autres chambres ont chacune lits queen ainsi et partagent une salle de bain. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz. Il ya une petite terrasse couverte avec un barbecue à gaz Weber.

Comfortable Home

Well-stocked, comfortable home close to King’s Beach and Sand Harbor beach. It may be a little hard to find at night because the #13 address marker is bit hidden, but it wasn’t too long before we found it.

New Years getaway

This is a clean roomy condo in a great location and setting. Perfect for a family or friends looking for a getaway in the mountains. Being able to use the garage was a plus. We would stay here again.

Lovelier than advertised

Terrific condo. The open, spacious, high-ceilinged living area has comfortable dining and living furniture. The kitchen is large, well laid out and complete, great for us because we prepare our own breakfast and lunch. Bedrooms have closets & hangers! And the jacuzzi is a nice touch of luxury.

Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many many positives outweighed the negatives. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and even nicer than it looked online. We loved having a well stocked kitchen. Loved the garage too. We don't have snow in July but pollen was on everything outside. The deck was small but plenty of chairs and a table for outdoors made it more than adequate. The living room TV kept shutting off every 15 minutes or so. We found if we turned it off and back on it would work again for another 15 minutes or so. Don't know why but it was annoying. And we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels right away unexpectedly. There were only the partially used rolls on the holders in the bathroom and no more. But it wasn't a big deal and having a lot of things that we didn't expect evened things out. Lovely, lovely stay!

Not Our Favorite Place:<(

Property as a whole had everything you need for six people, but was somewhat outdated and not super clean: kind of dusty. The property manager was the real problem...after reading in another review that they had trouble getting in touch with her, I was very proactive about being in contact. We received preliminary info just fine, but with 24 hours of emails, texts and calls, STILL arrived at property with NO ENTRY INFORMATION!!! Had to do some major sleuthing and ended up randomly finding someone who had stayed here and still had the code. Did not hear from property manager until three hours after check-in while we were at dinner. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this has never happened at any other time. After an 8+ hour drive, you want to be able to access the property and get started on your stay. Also, this property was not a bargain and the check-in time of 4 pm was already on the later side...just not OK with this lack of effort for this price AT ALL. There's really no excuse for not providing someone with a door code...it should be set up to be sent automatically on day of reservation.

Great property / location/ good value!

Property was spacious, accurately described by the webpage. Manager was quick to respond to all of my questions, providing easy check-in procedures. (Make sure to email manager for check in address, because the address stated on webpage had a typo). Excellent value for what we got! All other properties we checked out seemed to double their price for holiday week. We appreciate that this property kept their price reasonable. Thank you!! Kitchen had many amenities, allowing us to dine in/ cook most nights. So convenient to ski at Diamond Peak -- only a 15 minute drive from property. Quick 9 minute drive to a North Tahoe Regional Park for great snow play. Overall, great stay and look forward to returning!

The quality, cleanliness, and property management was poor. It took an hour to track down the property managers once we arrived. They failed to keep track of when we were arriving, and did not send any access information. It was clear the property was not ready for guests. Very disappointing stay.

Fantastic space

This was such a great property to accommodate my friends and husband for a weekend in Tahoe. Super close to casinos, restaurants and King beach. Very spacious and comfortable! Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent Location

We were surprised and impressed with this property. Great location, just outside of King's Beach so drives to Tahoe City/East/South Shore are convenient. Can walk about 100 yards to play casino games. Clean and roomier than expected. We will be back :)

Spacious kitchen with seating options and a large living room for hanging out. Comfy beds and garage spot made it feel like home. Sleds were a huge plus! Super responsive host—thank you!

Weekend get-away!

We love the location of this condo. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. I do wish the beds where more comfortable. This condo is one story. You can walk to the lake for a beautiful view but, no beach area. Over all we enjoyed staying at this condo.

Amazing place - 5+ Stars

Part of me doesn't want to tell you how amazing this home is because I don't want it to be booked next year 😊 But, truth be told you can not get a better bang for your buck. The location is perfect, right in between Kings Beach and Incline Village. It's peaceful, it's clean, and it has everything you need for the perfect vacation. This is the second year we've stayed and plan on coming back in 2020.

The apartment is so clean and the layout feels very open and comfortable.

My expectations were exceeded! Perfect location and such a cozy spot. The design of the condo is very open and it felt like even more room than we needed. I would have loved to be able to stay longer.

Great having 3 nice, roomy bedrooms. Well stocked, but we didn’t use anything. Condo location close to restaurants. Notebook with instructions could be updated. Everything was clean. Main TV with multiple remotes was too complicated, we never figured out how to turn it on. The power strip where all the cords plugged in was turned off. Had to request directions on how to get into condo door & key box was difficult. With only 1 key, worried if we lost it & our group always had to stay together. Overall, condo was good for us on 1 floor. Thank you.
