The Space
Fabulous contemporary fully remodeled family-friendly home located next to the library, and walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, multiple restaurants, great shopping, gas station, EV chargers and minutes away from beautiful Lake Tahoe, Diamond Peak Ski Area, The Hyatt, Mountain Golf Course and Championship Golf Course!
The upstairs condo is 1243 sq feet and has 3 bedrooms, 3 fulls baths and a washer/dryer IN the unit. There are 2 smart tv's, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom and wifi. The loaded kitchen has a toaster oven air fryer, keurig coffee/cappuccino machine, spice set and all brand new appliances. Small patio has a brand new bbq that is shaded with a nice view of the wooded common area. Upstairs is a large loft with queen bed, private bath and large closet.
Minimum Age to rent our home is 25 years of age. No Smoking/vaping inside or on decks.
We allow dogs (2 max/1 year or older), NO CATS. Please check with me about size and type of dog, there are HOA restrictions. Additional $50 dog cleaning fee.
PROXIMITY TO MAIN ATTRACTIONS:
- 12 minutes to Sand Harbor Beach (dependinding on traffic)
- 6 minutes to Championship Golf Course
- 6 minutes to Hyatt for gambling
- 8 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Area (great for families)
- 19 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Area
GUEST ACCESS-
Please park in Woodstock Condo's parking area ONLY. Once parked, walk down path to unit 38 (they are well marked), grab the wagon in the outside closet for your convenience. Enter the key code for the smartlock on the front door you were given to access the unit. Feel free to use the storage closet for your skis/snowboard and other equipment.
The condo is bright and inviting and in a prime low-elevation location with much less snow than higher elevations. The main level living area is an open floorplan greatroom concept with a sleek electric fireplace, comfy furniture, large new smart TV and high beam celing/fan. The functional floorplan and modern stocked kitchen with a dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools at the counter makes this unit a perfect Incline Village getaway! On the main level are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a a new king bed, walk in closet, private deck with 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and a fully remodeled large shower with European tile and a European thermostatic shower system with optional rain shower head and multiple jets! Secondary bedroom has a new queen bed, huge closet and a private bathroom, shower/tub combo with rainforest head or hand shower head and two doors for convenience. Upstairs is a large loft that overlooks the main level with a queen bed, a private bathroom and spacious closet.
There are walking paths nearby and the location is close to EVERYTHING! In the summertime there is local Farmers Market at the library, just a 7 minute walk and enjoy the walking path from the unit all the way to Sand Harbor (5 miles), makes for a great walk or even better bike ride. Finish your day at Tunnel Creek Cafe which has great food, bar and live music in the summer. Unfortunately Washoe County has restricted beach access to the the Incline Village beaches.
Feel free to reach out to us during your stay â we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Private storage at base of stairs for skis and snowboards or lake toys, with a wagon to help make your packing and unpacking a breeze.
Plenty of parking available and a short walk from the parking lot to the unit. Lots of walking trails in the complex and dog friendly area with garbage cans and clean up tools.

Hi There! My husband and I have have 4 kids, 5 grandkids, 2 dogs and we all love Lake Tahoe. We love to kayak, paddleboard, hike, play pickleball/tennis and ride our e-bikes and Tahoe is the perfect place with all the pine trees and stunning views. We love to travel with our pets so we like to extend that to our guests. We hope you'll treat our home like your home. We live in Reno, Nv which is about 50 minutes to the condo.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love this complex because the location is close to everything, literally. The beaches, Diamond Peak ski area, the golf courses, Hyatt Casino, grocery store, Incline Bowl and library are minutes away. The photo is with our two sons at Incline Bowl, one of our favorite things to do here! They have great food, and it's completely remodeled and a fun play to go. In the summer, you can play Bocce, Corn hole and eat outside near a firepit. We actually walk to the grocery store and several of the neighborhood restaurants. Sand Harbor is about a 10-15 minute drive and the the East Shore trail is absolutely stunning and a great walk or bike ride! The complex is quiet and peaceful and there's a wooded area between the buildings which is a lovely view and a great place to let your dogs sniff around and visit the other dogs. There are poop cans and tools to make cleaning up easy. There are walking trails right out the door too for your dog walks! There is also plenty of parking which is a bonus without any restrictions. All the neighbors are nice and friendly too.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
When we bought the condo, it was in original condition (80's). We tore out walls, gutted the whole unit, added an in unit washer and dryer (didn't like the whole laundromat situation). We made the kitchen and 2 of the bathrooms larger and it is on the contemporary side. We replaced EVERYTHING except the walls and ceiling! We added fans, cool lighting, Italian tile and fixtures. We love it and hope you'll love it too. Everything is brand new, so it's clean and not dated. All the beds, bedding and linens are brand new too. Who doesn't like that!
