Zone à forte demande, calme et sûr près de toute l'excitation! Excellent emplacement pour les congressistes aussi! Intérieur fraîchement mis à jour avec 2 lits queen et canapé-lit.
Belle vue sur le lac. Spacieux et amusant, et où vous voulez être.

3 nuits minimum la plupart de l'année. Vous n'êtes pas limité à Sat-Sat ou Sun-Sun. Petits animaux acceptés. 30 lb ou moins. 50 $ / animal / semaine + caution remboursable pour animaux.
Internet sans fil gratuit et parking.

Les congressistes adorent cet endroit - à 5 minutes du centre. Les couples et les adultes aiment le côté calme de la station où nous sommes.

Cette belle maison de ville vient d'être complètement mise à jour de haut en bas avec de beaux meubles et de tout nouveau! Téléviseurs à écran plat, matelas de la chambre principale avec surmatelas, comptoir de cuisine en Corian, magnifiques plafonds hauts, vues fantastiques et beaucoup de place. On se sent comme à la maison-quartier calme juste à côté d'un complexe animé et amusant où vous pouvez acheter des billets à prix réduit pour les parcs. L'emplacement est absolument génial. Chaque invité qui a séjourné ici me dit qu'ils adorent l'emplacement.

Laissez le plaisir commencer dans ce superbe lotissement de deux chambres et deux salles de bain en plein cœur de toutes les attractions. Ce n'est pas au milieu de nulle part. EMPLACEMENT PRIVILÉGIÉ!

La grande chambre UPSTAIRS a deux lits queen de luxe, dressing, balcon. Téléviseurs à écran plat avec lecteurs DVD. La chambre spacieuse en bas a une salle de bain privée complète, et une entrée séparée de l'extérieur et de l'unité principale offrant une intimité. Juste redécoré.

SALON: Le salon dispose d'un plafond voûté de deux étages, belle vue sur l'eau, coin petit-déjeuner, cuisine (cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, verres, casseroles / poêles. Téléphone privé (appels locaux uniquement), télévision et lecteur DVD. DORME six confortablement.

La station voisine a des espaces ouverts au public tels que le nouveau restaurant Draft Bar & Grill, boulangerie, épicerie fine, bar à expresso, épicerie, boutiques de cadeaux, guichet automatique et un spa à service complet (n'aimeriez-vous pas une pédicure après une journée dans le parc?)

Venez voir les fleurs fantastiques à Epcot ou prenez le nouveau train et les montagnes russes interactives à Harry Potter / Universal. Journée découverte tout compris de Sea Cove, à seulement 1,6 km de la propriété.

N'oubliez pas le canoë, le kayak ou la plongée en apnée, flotter sur une rivière dans nos lacs et rivières limpides dans les parcs d'État voisins ou dans les parcs aquatiques. Golf jusqu'à ce que vous tombiez. Les aventures de shopping sont infinies. Mickey et Minnie ont aussi besoin de vous! Les tarifs sont super!

A cette époque, nous n'avons pas de piscine mais il y a CINQ parcs aquatiques incroyables en 10 minutes. Vous ne trouverez rien de semblable ailleurs dans le pays. Absolument incroyable!
MEILLEURS parcs aquatiques - TOUT NOUVEAU parc aquatique incroyable vient d'ouvrir à Universal (25 mai 2017), SeaWorld's Aquatica, Disney a Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach. Discovery Cove, nager avec les dauphins est une expérience de vie. Journée tout compris, chère et doit réserver BIEN à l'avance. Comme être dans un parc privé pour vous tout seul. Pour une excursion d'une journée, Busch Gardens possède également un parc aquatique géant, et le parc aquatique Daytona Beach est en face de la promenade.

NOUVELLES! Tout nouveau parc aquatique incroyable ouvert le 25 mai 2017 à Universal. Volcano Bay! Universal a Harry Potter avec le train Midnight Express entre les parcs, le plaisir de Minion, le nouveau Simpson's Ride (anciennement Back to the Future) et les montagnes russes Rock and Ride en musique et vidéo. Il y a une nouvelle scène de concert à Universal qui est géniale. Harry Potter est un énorme succès avec la délicieuse bière au beurre - vous devez en essayer.

Perfect venue for our trip

The location was perfect for our needs: Universal Studios 10 minutes away, the Convention Center (for the Orlando Megacon) 10 minutes away and tons of retaraunts just a quick drive away. The condo was set up for relaxation after busy days exploring and enjoying what Orlando has to offer. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds and living room furniture along with multiple TV’s. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental! Gayle was readily available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely not think twice about coming back.

We were in town to visit Universal for 3 days. We were a 4-10 min ride from the parks depending on traffic. Ubers found us easily. Wal mart just down the street was very convenient for park snacks! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location!

Great location to Orange County Convention Center and parks. Close to Walmart for supplies. The condo is like photos with the exception of the appearance of size of living room and kitchen space. We had two adults and a teen and we were glad we didn’t have to share the space. Bedrooms are good size. The furniture could be updated/deep cleaned as well as the carpet. The bathrooms were clean! I will say we missed having a pool. The area around the condos was a bit dark and the condo next door is marked uninhabitable. We felt safe, but found those things questionable. All in all, the price and location could not be beat and we were only there to sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient.

I loved the ease of access, the extra parking spot, two full bathrooms, the pool access, and the very clear, easy to understand, instructions that Gayle leaves in a welcome booklet. Aside from the neatly folded towels and hotel style toiletries, you feel like you're living in your own home, rather than a hotel room, or a hostel, which some rental homes have the tendency to do. And the fact that there's a really decent Walmart right around the corner helps, to stock up on supplies for the longer stay. The only drawbacks are minor. The stove is a little outdated, one of the glass shower doors won't close, the TV remotes are unprogrammed universal remotes, and the cable box in the upstairs bedroom would not work. But the good outweighs the not-so-good by a wide margin. I would highly suggest staying here if your frequenting the convention center or vacationing at Disney and Universal. It is close and accessible to everything in that area. A 10 out of 10 place to stay, all the way.

Great location, property needs some attention

Great location for our trip to Disney and Universal. Close to everything. Easy checking in and out. We had some issues with the AC not working the first day and was able to reach thw owner who was responsive and we got it fixed the second night of our stay. Sliding glass door was tough to open and noticed it was leaking during heavy rain. Upon our arrival there were several dead roaches on the floor throughout the condo, I am assuming was just recently treated but would suggest to have that checked and removed before guest check in. That along with the 80 degree heat the first night didn’t make for a great experience. Overall it fit our need for quick access spot to theme parks and owner was responsive. For the price would recommend to stay for a family.

Perfect place for our Disney trip

Handicap accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower! This was great for my parents while myself, husband and daughter stayed in the upstairs bedroom since with 2 beds. The bathroom upstairs was great too. Air conditioning was nice and chilled quick. We didn't cook but it looked like all the things to cook with were there. Great apt size fridge worked for us. There were ice cube trays in the freezer. There was dish soap and sponge. There were starter rolls of TP and paper towels and laundry soap sheets under the sink which came in handy for washing towels during our stay. Some things to note: there were only 4 wash cloths and 5 of us (condo sleeps 6). I wish I would have brought a loofa or extra wash cloths. The laundry is nice but it is a short walk to the laundry room. It is only pay with card, not coins. There is a Keurig machine and a few K-Cups but no sugar or creamer. If that's what you like in your coffee, you can bring cream and sugar. No spices/oils for cooking. Walmart is a super short drive to get those things if you want to do some cooking. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. I would definitely book this condo or with Gayle White again!!! She is a wonderful host! We were literally 15 minutes away from Disney and Universal! So convenient and comfy! The area seemed safe and we did not have any trouble while we were there. We felt safe walking to do laundry at night and relaxing on the patio in the morning. Beautiful sunset over the lake!

Just what we needed

The condo is conveniently located near the convention center, & parks. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the back patio. Gayle was very quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited both Disney and Universal, and this was convenient to both. The apartment itself is not huge but is very nice and suited us well. We saw the Sea World fireworks over the lake and enjoyed walks around the property. Be sure to use the fan as directed upstairs because it helps keep it cool!

Nice location for the parks

Most of the time we spent in the parks. The condo's location is great for that purpose. When we're done with the parks, it was impossible to have a dinner together for 2 adults and 3 kids at the condo, due to the very small space to sit and absents of the kitchen essentials. Also, the kitchen sink is in a very weird spot. Outside the condo, there're piles of dirt that didn't look attractive and abandoned property next door was kind of telling us it's own story:( Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Good for short stays, especially if you're spending all day at the theme parks.

I stayed for 5 weeks and worked during the week. I don't recommend doing this for anyone else. The condo has DSL and the best speed I ever got was 3 Mbps download and 0.25 Mbps upload. My Sprint cell service was right around the same speed. So it was very difficult to work. Gayle was nice enough to allow me to work from her office but I work from home so that I can actually work from home. She said the unit will get cable internet within a few months, but that didn't help me. Another issue I had was the bad kitchen layout. The sink is in the corner which makes it uncomfortable to wash dishes. I saw 2 roaches during my stay. I think they get in because the seals around the front and back door aren't adequate and there are large gaps. The upstairs bedroom is much warmer than downstairs. That is probably to be expected but just be aware. I'd recommend staying here if you're going to the theme parks all day and just need a place to relax and sleep afterward. It's not for someone who plans on being in the condo all day every weekday.

Perfect

This was the perfect spot for our time in Orlando. We met friends from Texas and we are from Ohio. What a great time to sit and relax and enjoy catching up. Just minutes away from every park and other than being exhausted, loved every moment there. Gayle is great to work with and She even smchecked on us after an incident that did not affect us, what a host! Thank you and we will be in touch when we decide to return in a couple years.

Poorly cleaned and ventilated townhouse in ideal location

I stayed here with my sister and a couple friends to go to the universal and Disney for a few days. It was an ideal location but that was about the only good thing about it. They had dog hair in the beds that were supposed to be clean. They had an assortment of bugs in the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The air ventilation was also seriously off for the upstairs loft bedroom. It was easily 15 degrees warmer no matter what temperature you put the thermostat on while the downstairs was freezing. I will say I didn’t contact the manager about these issues while staying here, I just dealt with it and told her about it after the fact. She did give me a small partial refund for the unpleasantness of the entire experience, hence the 2/5 stars.

Schools are good, the weather is perfect 90% of the year and the sunshines almost all the time. It's so close to everything. Attractions, shopping, restaurants and even a hospital are within minutes. The townhouse is roomy, updated and comfortable. I'm constantly improving it with new furniture, decor accents, high grade sheets and towels and doing all I can to ensure guests have a great time.
