The garage storage and garage parking are reserved for the owner. Guests are welcome to access the property through the garage (using keypad) and store sports equipment in garage with permission (no skis, bikes, ski boots, etc in house). There are two off-street spots reserved for guests in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

While there are no pets allowed with this rental, if you are a guest with severe allergies to pet dander, you should be aware that while this home is thoroughly cleaned, pets have visited and/or lived on premises.

Guests with small children are solely responsible for safety precautions such as, but not limited to stairs, hot tub, outlets, etc.
