The host is very friendly very prompt to answer. Anything that you need to know and to get instructions. This site is very centrally located for anything you could want and everything in Louisville is right at a arms length. It was a beautiful little place. We loved it.

Our host Kevin was wonderful and excellent communicator! The location was perfect for all of our planned activities and even walking suitable for Mellwood Tavern and Vernon Lanes. Very clean and cozy for home away from home. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning!

I loved this property. Kevin was great at communication and very understanding. Everything was so clean and the decor was so cute. I can’t wait to stay in this building again! I also really loved and enjoyed the natural lighting and the couch was so comfortable!

The stay was wonderful! We didn't use the kitchen much, but the host provided everything you would need in all the rooms. It was super comfortable, the couch in the living room was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable and well appointed! Cool neighborhood, found easy street parking all three days and was close (under 10 minutes) to all of my destinations. I would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

We were in town for the marathon and this place was a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. Close distance to downtown as well as many cool places in the neighborhoods of Louisville. The hosts were easy to reach and very kind. Highly recommend.

Great weekend spot for two

Everything was as advertised, and hosts were helpful and responsive. Skylights provided really nice natural lighting, and the apartment had an open yet cozy feel. Would definitely consider this listing again when back in the area.

My wife and I stayed at Kevin’s penthouse for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the design.The earthy style of the penthouse was an incredible touch. my wife absolutely loved the aesthetic, and it created such a warm, calming atmosphere for our first trip as a married couple!Kevin was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our special occasion. If you’re looking for a unique, stylish, and comfortable spot in Louisville, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room looked just as pictured - clean, airy, tastefully furnished, and super cozy. The owner thought of everything - cold drinking water in the fridge, coffee, tea, towels, kitchen towels etc. Everything was exactly as listed and the owner communicated promptly, his direction how to entry etc. were easy to understand and follow. Parking was super easy and free. Commute to Downtown 6 minutes of easy drive. We will definitely book this property again next time we are in town. Thank you , Kevin, for being a thoughtful, kind host with a good taste and great communication skills!

Spacious and unique in Butchertown

We checked out a new area during our last visit to Louisville and were very pleased with our choice of a home base! Appreciated the accuracy of the description of the amenities and neighborhood. Can't wait to see what you do with all the building renovations you have planned.

Lovely experience

The thoughtful decor and comfort made my visit to Louisville extra special. Soft carpet, pillows, art, plants, and a record player made it the perfect place to come back to after exploring the city all day. The location is great. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to other popular spots around town. The host is kind and helpful.

Cutest little place to call home.

It looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. There's even this cool bar right across the street that has every kind of beer you could ever want! Don't be afraid to ring the doorbell!

A quick trip in the Garrett

This property is very cute on the inside. However with that being said the outside and the entrance to this place was not the same. I was traveling alone as a young female and felt a little unsafe with the entrance to the unit along with reaching the unit as there was a lot of construction going on. The corner the building is on is also very busy and I was up every night from loud cars, etc. I know this cannot be avoided and is disclosed in the properties description however I believe it is important to note. Kevin was a great host and responded in a timely manner and was very nice. This unit is very accommodating and it has everything you need. I like the inside of the unit a lot.
