Apollo 507: Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Condo spectaculaire au 5e étage en bord de mer avec un grand balcon privé et une vue imprenable sur toute la plage. Juste entièrement rénové et redécoré, y compris les nouveaux appareils, lit, canapé, fauteuil inclinable, Smart TV, équipement de plage et draps de qualité. Profitez du café sur le balcon tout en écoutant le bruit apaisant des vagues et en regardant les dauphins nager, et soyez prêt pour les couchers de soleil les plus inoubliables! Savourez un cocktail et une cuisine délicieuse au Sunset Grille situé dans le bâtiment et à quelques pas de la plage. Cette unité a un four à micro-ondes / convection à conbination. L'Apollo propose une grande piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis, une salle de remise en forme et un parking couvert.
LES FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE DE SORTIE peuvent augmenter en fonction de la durée du séjour.

Il y a des frais de stationnement de 25 $ et un dépôt remboursable de 75 $ pour l'étiquette de porte collectée à l'arrivée à la réception. Le dépôt de garantie de 75 $ sera remboursé après le retour de l'étiquette de stationnement et un test de dommages. Des frais seront facturés sur une carte de crédit ou de débit car la réception n'acceptera pas les chèques ou les paiements en espèces.

Wow!

Beautiful unit with comfortable bed, new great room furniture and stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Very clean! Had plenty of towels and linens which we really appreciated. The view is priceless! Will definitely rent here next time we visit Marco. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

Really nice condo. A little small but adequate for myself and my husband. Very clean. We liked the fact that the sports bar was right downstairs if we didn't feel like going out. Also great view.

Great updated condo. Very clean well appointed. Would only suggest a blanket and mire than 2 beach towels otherwise excellent stay.

Just the right size for two

The condo was very nice and seemed clean when we arrived but the next morning we did see a few bugs in the kitchen area. Particularly in the dish washer which really just freaked me out. Also, there were some stains on the king bed. Other than that it was a nice place.

almost heaven

We had a wonderful vacation. Apollo 507 was a great location. We were very disappointed that we were not informed about the amount of noise we were subject to caused by the repairs being made. From 8:30am until 5pm, we could not hear the tv not even think in our room due to the loud vibration in the adjacent room. It was very uncomfortable trying to get ready for dinner after spending a wonderful day on the beach. Not fair to us for the price we paid.

WOW

My first response when I opened the door was WOW this place is clean!! We were very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the many updates and the decor.. We felt at home. The balcony gave us an amazing view of the most beautiful sunsets every night. The room was conveniently located off the elevator and close to the laundry room. Exceeds expectations!

This is a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN condo! Great distance from the beach. We could always hear the waves rolling in and see the sunset. We saw dolphins from the balcony one day. King sized bed is the best I've ever slept in. Decor is nice--beachy, but tasteful. Lots of towels/beach towels. Condo is great for 2 people, but would be tight for another adult. Kitchen is small, but well equipped unless you plan to do serious cooking. Covered parking is nice. Hot tub is great. Pool was chilly while we were there, but weather was unusually cool. Enjoyed Sunset Grill a couple of times. Very convenient and food was good. Short trip to the Everglades if you want a day off the beach. Would definitely return to Marco and this particular condo. It was a great stay!!!

Terrible

Once we paid and signed the contract, we received an email from Marco Island properties, ( like a week before our arrival), telling us there would be some light construction going on involving power washing, sanding and painting. It also noted that it wouldn't effect our condo we rented. Our rental had concrete rock falling on our balcony the whole week and it felt like a train was coming through our rental, between the noise and the shaking of this condo. This was for five days out of our stay and Marco Island Properties were rude and could care less, Andre and Maria both hung up with my wife and I and were unresponsive. Additionally, we had no water for an entire day during our stay....Marco Island Properties told us it was not their fault it was the town's fault. They did offer us a whopping 440$ back which I highly doubt we'll see. They also told us we should have just cancelled and received a full refund. Based upon the letter they sent us a week prior to arriving, it certainly involved a great deal more then "light sanding, painting, and power washing." To be fair, The company did offer a low rent condo off the beach which was a joke. That was not what we paid for. We have stayed in other condos in the Apollo on 4 prior occasions and the Apollo is beautiful. If you have to go through Marco Island Rental properties I wish you the best.

January getaway

Third trip back to Apollo condominiums. Great location and this unit was updated. They made the most of the small kitchen area storage and counter space. Nice to have beach chairs in the closet so we didn’t have to buy our own. Love having restaurant in building for days when you don’t want to go anywhere. Food is always good there. We will be back again. I would recommend this unit!

Small unit but very clean. Nice balcony with a beautiful view of the the gulf. The unit provides surf chairs and a large foldable tent. There are also two umbrellas, but neither worked well, use the tent, it gives you a ton of shade. You also have a cart to haul everything back and forth to the beach. It is a quiet area close to both restaurants and shops along with walking distance to the inner bay to rent wave runners or boats. Nice place and a nice area, I would recommend it.

Condo on the beach.

We have stayed on Marco at the Apollo many times and comparitively have found this condo to be above average in every way. Quality furnishings, updated appliances, kitchen and bath. It is the only place that we have stayed that did not include beach towel and extra towel usage without washing the extras ourselves prior to leaving. However, there are laundry facilities on each floor, if available. Overall, we were pleased and would stay in this unit again. Beautiful view!!

Great location and condo

All very good except the internet was hosed the last 4 evenings of our stay. It was obvious someone in the building was using a huge percentage of the bandwidth leaving us with timed out sessions. The rest of the day was fine.
